Awesome Surf View - Quiet, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach House
We offer a SAFE stay at a beautiful ocean view home in the private gated residential resort of Las Gaviotas, an American development, 8 miles south of Rosarito Beach, Baja California Norte, Mexico. At Las Gaviotas, you are secure with the gated entrance and hourly, walking police patrols. Unlike other owners, our rates INCLUDE taxes and maid service.
Unlike Rosarito Beach downtown rentals, Las Gaviotas is a community without street hawkers and beggars. Inside the walls, peace and quiet are strictly maintained for the enjoyment of all. All homes are individually owned. Only Las Gaviotas guests and owners can use the private beach, huge swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, shuffleboard and playground. Las Gaviotas is also a surfing destination.
Be aware that some really cheap rental properties in Baja are nothing more than converted garages with no patios, no ocean views and no recreational facilities. Our Las Gaviotas vacation rental has a beach-facing patio with spectacular white-water ocean views - perfect for a day of basking in the sun or for a quiet evening meal beginning with a breathtaking sunset. All four occupants have a bed (no sofa or floor sleeping with us).
We book Las Gaviotas up to 90 days in advance. We are proud of our over 30 years of personal attention to individual client needs.
