This was our first Vrbo experience, so we had a lot of questions about the overall process and the rental itself. The rental management company, Eden Crest, answered all of our questions in a quick and professional manner. The check-in and check-out experience was seamless, too. As for the rental, it was clean, spacious, and fully-stocked for our stay. The indoor pool, movie theater, hot tub, and arcade were stand out features that everyone enjoyed. We put in a few requests, such as more towels, which the office took care of fairly quickly. The cabin living room furniture has seen better days, and the dishwasher was smelly. The bottom of the fridge had a leak, but the office tried their best to address it during our stay. Since the pool bedroom was pretty chilly temperature-wise, it may be nice to offer a heavier comforter like the ones used upstairs. We had an issue with parking confusion and the neighbors being crazy loud far into the morning, but the office did their best to assist us. Overall, great first experience with Vrbo and Eden Crest. Thank you!

The house was a great set up for a large group. And the kids loved the pool. The pool table needs to be replaced and we let management know. The air conditioning was broke during our stay which resulted in not being able to use the two bedrooms upstairs but the management team tried to correct and brought portable ac units. They tried really hard to make up for the lack of being able to use the full space.

The actual house was great! It was nice and spacious & clean and had everything you could think of. The pool was heated but was still too cool to actually use. The hot tub was perfect. There were games and a pool table to keep teenagers entertained. MY only issue was that the listings say 4 minutes to down town gatlinburg and that was a complete lie. It was like a 15 min drive to down town gatlinburg. Which was not bad but inconvenient because I had planned on walking everywhere we went. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall it was a very nice cabin with the exception of a few non-working items hot tub for one but was repaired the next day but there was no view whatsoever like on the website also Ripley's Aquarium was more like a 4-Hour walk than a 4 minute walk

This is NOT walking distance to downtownThe descriptions says Ripley's Aquarium is a 4 minute walk NO It's a 15 - 20 minute drive.We wanted to be able to walk to the restaurants, shops & bars...instead we spent on parking 110.The outside is unkept, the furniture is very worn ( all the couches were very uncomfortable & tattered)The cabinets need a good wipe down. We will not come back to this place.

Fully stocked kitchen. Furniture was in terrible disarray. The pull out sofa bed in the media room was horrific and badly stained. The comforters have not been changed or washed for a long time, literally has drool stains on pillows and my daughter’s comforter had what looked like blood on it. But the sauna, indoor pool and hot tub were really nice. Lots of activities for the kids and was pet friendly which was a huge plus.

The house location is wrong it needs fixed on this site, that being said the location was perfect a lot of little shops around and town was a 10 minute drive. Beautiful house with lots of amenities. We didn’t use the pool the water was cold, but everything else was perfect. Would definitely book again!

The online site said it’s a 3 minute walk to Anakeesta but it’s more like a 15 minute drive. Besides that, the cabin is huge and very nice. The kids loved the pool and theater room.

Misleading location

The property was listed as in walking distance to anakesta and ripleys aquarium. Turns out it was not !!!! Not happy about that at all . We only booked this cabin because it was listed as close to Anakesta

Great place for families!

This house had everything you could need. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool for the kids, hot tub for the adults, game loft, and a movie room! It was a little strange that one of the bedrooms was located in the pool area but that did make it a quiet room for the lite sleeper of our group. The house is in a neighborhood with lots of others very close by. However, the way its situated you can't see them when looking out the windows. Even the basement bedroom had a nice nature view. The couch in movie room was flaking and could use a replacement but other than that the furniture was fine. Enough pots and pans for us to cook meals. There was only parking for two vehicles but that was fine for us. Location was good, close to grocery and could easily access Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We stayed busy on this trip but it was nice on down times to relax at the home and kids stayed entertained with the pool. Overall great clean place to stay. We will be coming back!

Movie Dive in is falling apart

The master bath tub looked all over the downstairs bedroom underneath when I took a bath the first night!!my daughter and her suitcase was hit with a gush of water from the leaking tub. We called maintenance and she said this has been an ongoing issue and has never been fixed properly! This is very dangerous! The grill did not work, the Susan was broken, the hot tub wasn’t working but maintenance fixed it. The pool was ice cold. The fireplace in master bedroom did not work. The light over the porch where hot tub is was broken! I have never had this many issues in a rental and I would really like a discount or some of my money back!!!!!! We paid way too much money to stay here with all these issues! We will never stay here again

Great place but needs some improvements

The property all together was great. The location was very convenient but does not match the listing. We had an issue with the main level tub flooding the downstairs bedroom but the property manager responded within the day. However nothing could be done about the problem until we left. Which is not necessarily a huge problem but it left a foul odor in the home while we were there. The property had plenty of space and nice accommodations. The pull out couch’s mattresses left a lot to be desired though. And the refrigerator leaked on the floor. Despite the issues that need immediate attention we would still return for another stay.

Overall, the property was very nice. Very comfortable and great location. The furniture is worn and the downstairs sofa bed was broken. It said the temperature of the pool was 72° but it was colder than that. Mattresses on beds were OK, a little lumpy. Parking was a bit of a hassle with having three vehicles. There is parking for three, but the middle spot has an electric box in the middle of it. This would not stop me from staying at this house in the future.
