This lovely house in McMinnville is ideal for a family or small group looking to experience the relaxing pace of country life while being near to excitement. Nestled at the edge of town beside Wortman Park, this house is within walking distance of the Yamhill County Fairgrounds and a number of restaurants on the other side of the park. The house was great and had everything thay we needed for the week we were there. It was lovely being so close to the park! My only complaint was the main road the bordered the backyard; it was very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise it's a great place to stay!

Perfect space for family of four

We stayed here due to proximity to our family and the space was perfect for us and our boys. We appreciated the hidden door in the backyard to the park. Only thing we found as an inconvenience was that there was only one tv, so we had to go back and forth between adult shows and kid shows. Overall, great stay and would consider coming back for next visit.

The property is located in a quiet circle of houses. Although a significant walk to 3rd Street, it’s a very pleasant walk through a park to 99w, including Starbucks and iHop. The home is very spacious and the furniture, beds comfy.
