Great location and property

Fantastic location just off Third Street. Large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is nicely furnished and stocked. Highly recommend for both the comfort of the stay and the location. We've stayed 2x - and we'll be back!

Nice base for exploring McMinville

We stayed for a long weekend with another couple. It was a short drive to the wineries and an easy walk to all the restaurants in town. The place was clean and comfortable. The management was quick to respond to our questions via text. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic location and apartment

The apartment is bright, airy, very clean, located within walking distance to restaurants, shops in downtown McMinnville. Comfortable king size beds, very nice bathrooms, great washer/dryer and even a coffee bean grinder! Highly recommend and plan to check its availability next time we visit McMinnville. The property manager was very quick to respond to my emails and make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect location

Perfect location for downtown adventures. House was very clean and functional. The only downside was there were no screens on the bedroom windows so kind of strange when you’re sleeping and need some fresh air. Also, 10:00 check out was disappointing…. 11:00 would be much more pleasant. Overall we would absolutely stay here again

Great location.

This apartment was very comfortable and in a great location- very walkable to wineries and shops. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked but didn’t have a lot of staples (sugar, etc). Things to note- this apartment is up a flight of stairs. The only faults I found- sugar ants invaded the kitchen. We let the manager know, so hopefully that will be fixed, and the shower - the way it is set up it’s hard to keep water from escaping the shower onto the floor. Overall, a really nice place to stay in McMinnville.

This is a great property for couples coming to enjoy wine county. Easy to get to all nearby attractions. Quite location within walking distance to restaurants. Wifi could use an upgrade and kitchen is only modestly stocked.
