A perfect place for a quiet, cozy retreat in the mountains. Very convenient to lots of hiking and outdoor activities. The small chapel on the property provided a lovely place for reflection and prayer.
This cabin is perfect! And if you enjoy the wildlife, there’s plenty. We had several deer and lots of chipmunks every single day! We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful cabin! The property was beautiful and the cabin was clean and beyond lovely. Samantha was more than helpful and there was always open and fast communication. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, we will definitely be coming back.
Cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view is amazing. We were out and about during the days but was nice coming back to such a peaceful place at the end of each day. Highly recommend.
All the things you need on vacation with a beautiful view and good size cabin. Kids enjoyed the loft and tree swing. Full kitchen. Great location. Thank you to the hosts made for a nice little getaway and some nice hikes in the area- recommend Raspberry Mountain.
The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The dog loved exploring the very private large area. We loved the views and the cabin had everything we needed. The bed is so comfortable!
We took the tips other visitors had noted and had a beautiful drive and picnic in Tarryall Creek canyon and a nice dog friendly hike outside of Divide. Hope to return!
The cabin was wonderful! Perfect size for us. Very cozy. There is a nice chapel onsite for prayer and reflection. Great host that responded promptly. The view out the windows were breathtaking. There is a great porch and deck to enjoy the views.
Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Our Hosts were thoughtful and we had everything there that we needed. I feel we would certainly book this property again. Worth every cent. Thank you!
The cabin was exactly as the pitures show. It was very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. Fully equiped kitchen just like home. It snowed the day we arrived. The dirt road was covered and alittle sloshy but very passable. It takes a few minutes after you leave the highway to get up the dirt road but well worth the extra time. Thank you for a nice place to stay!
Nice cabin with a pretty view. The deer like to hang out around the cabin. We spotted a bear on the way up the mountain and that was neat! Nicely decorated with nice wood features. My husband pushed me on the swing and it was fun just watch out for the tree! Nice circle drive we were able to pull a 16ft stock trailer with ease in and out.
We loved staying at this property! When we drove up, we were in awe of the scenery. You can look right off the back deck onto a spectacular scenery of mountains! It was breathtaking. The cabin is super cute. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. The cool mountain air was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and clean. And, the shower had good water pressure making for a satisfying shower. The kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed. We cooked a lot of meals here and used the outdoor BBQ twice, while relaxing in the chairs provided and taking in a gorgeous view. The back deck was wonderful. We enjoyed humming birds, mountain jays, golden mantled squirrels as we sat and rested after a long hike. There are numerous places to sit and relax on the back deck. TV in nearly every room with excellent reception. The road to the cabin is a bit rough but well worth it. We will definitely stay here again. It was one of our most enjoyable cabins.
Overall it was good. Views are beautiful. Kitchen/dinning is tight for space. Could use more lighting.

Beautiful views and peaceful. My only complaints would be both doors to the deck are quite difficult to open and close and i don't feel the property manager (not the property owner) does a very good job of inspecting the property before the next visitors arrive. The bedding smelled, crumbs on the counter and floor in kitchen area, as well as the vacuum being full of pet hair and a sponge to do dishes was way past being thrown out. Never heard of a rental that asks you to wash the linens before leaving. With a 5hr window till next visitors, it's ample time for manager to make sure everything is up to par.
We are a family of four and our puppy makes five. We are from San Antonio, Texas originally. While in Colorado on business we fell in love with the area. After years of visiting we decided to build our own little get away in the mountain. My husband built all the inside of this cabin as well as the outside shed and chapel. My husband and I wanted to move to Florissant for one year. Our ten year old daughter said she would do it IF Dad builds me a chapel. Well, she got her chapel.
