Full kitchen, fireplace, balcony/patio and washer/dryer in the unit. The resort has a seasonal outdoor pool, three hot tubs, fitness center, game room and picnic area.

WorldMark Estes Park is a beautiful resort that sits on the Big Thompson River. With the Rocky Mountains just outside your door you can expect a great wilderness vacation. From your unit you can walk down to the edge of the river and have a picnic. If you are a fly fisherman you can try and catch some Colorado trout. Fishing gear is available or bring your own!

There's a great chance you will see some wildlife right outside your window as Elk are known to frequent the WorldMark Estes Park property. Come fish in the summer and snow ski in the winter.

Great stay in Estes Park

This was our first time visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and we loved the home-away-from-home, comfortable and very clean accommodations in Estes Park! We had a full kitchen, 2 beds & baths, dining and living areas and even a washer & dryer. Our unit did not have a balcony but it had a lovely picnic table just outside our front door. The location was great, the grounds were lovely, staff friendly and helpful and the pool and 3 hot tub locations around the property insured there was always space to accommodate everyone comfortably. We really appreciated the hot tub after a long day of hiking to soothe our sore legs! I would definitely recommend this resort and both Jim & Donna communicated very well with us before and during our stay.

PROs - Layout was good, location was excellent, was nice and quiet, bedding was pretty comfortable CONs - Carpet was frayed and tacky, living room furniture worn and needs replacing. Found mens underwear in the chest of drawers when checking in so that made us wonder really how clean it was.

Location and price were great. 10 min outside of the RNP gates. Estes is of course lovely. The unit was lovely. Only complaint would be that you have to pay extra for wifi. Seems a little silly to do that in 2022. We had a great week.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The unit fit our family of four well. With 2 teenage boys it provided enough privacy for everyone. The A/C was a plus with warmer temperatures during our stay. The only downside was our AT&T cell phone service was terrible and the WiFi was expensive to purchase for the week after already spending a lot of money to stay for the week. We would definitely stay there again.

Great home base

We really enjoyed our stay, this served as a great home base in the evenings after our hikes. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire! It was nice and clean and in a great location.

Colorado Condo

The property was really nice and well maintained and a short distance to both downtown and RMNP. Property owner was prompt in responding to any questions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and for a family of four with 2 teenagers I would have preferred more space as we were a bit on top of each other. Little kids it may not be a problem. Also, the view of the mountains was limited. Initially we were assigned a room on the lower level facing the main office however the front desk staff were very accommodating in moving us to the second level where we had a view of the Big Thompson River. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Nice Resort

This was a nice place with awesome pool and hot tubs with direct access to river. Close to several restaurants and Estes Park crowds. Staff helpful and 'fake' nice.

Awesome location!

We normally book a mountain cabin but this time opted for a condo style setup. I was a little worried it would be less than great. I was wrong this place had great location, great amenities, and it's new and well kept.
