This cottage features a master suite on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the half bath, along with the full laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bath, and access to the large screened upper balcony complete with comfortable seating. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
