Beach and Southern Exposure of Atlantic Ocean from 6th Floor Balcony, Unit 6G.
South view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River from the 6th floor of the 9 story building. Walk out the back entrance to the pool and beyond to the white sandy beach. Use building key to return from the beach (we no longer are using a code for entrance back to Sandpoint). Note: park in the garage, use building key to open garage door! The owner spot is labeled 6G… Straight in the garage 7th spot on the right side!

Hurricane Nichol did damage the property and everything has repaired for completion in Mid Jan 2024. Each room has a new paint job as of Jan 2024! Note: Please park in the lowest level garage.
Condo is equipped with free internet, cable TV in every room, except just a ROKU in guest bedroom and a dehumidifier in the hallway.
Two bedrooms (sleeps 4 adults very comfortably) and two full baths (one with shower and other has a tub with shower curtain). Wood flooring is in the two bedrooms and all remaining areas are tile along with a very modern kitchen.
Kitchen has marble counter tops and new stainless steel appliances 2019. Various items remain in the cabinets and refrigerator condiments for your use as desired. Washer and dryer inside unit along with several chairs and plenty of pool/beach towels.
Pool has chairs and an outdoor charcoal grill area for your use. There are 4 tables with a shade umbrella and about 15 chairs and 20 lounge chairs.
Basement level parking to keep one vehicle out of the sun (use bldg. key to gain vehicle access to parking garage). Our space is located straight inside on right side - 7th spot on right.
Everything in the build can be opened with the Condo key (color). Our door has an electronic lock that will require a 4-digit code to open (code will be supplied a few days prior to arrival). Parking passes can be obtained during normal office hours on the first floor nearest the door - there is a short form to fill out so that management knows someone is staying in our unit 6G. Upon departure, please perform the checkout functions and mail the key back to me at your earliest convenience! Also set AC up to 75 at departure time and fan remains on Auto!
Elevators are inside the center area beyond the locked door. Additional parking on first floor for your guest or a second vehicle - no trailers or boat allow in parking areas.
Shores Resort is two doors down the street with great food and an outdoor fire pit and bar. Across the street is an ice cream shop and park for children to play.
Emergency water shut of valve is inside the closet beside hallway bathroom on the right side about 4 feet off the floor - turn to shut of water to the entire unit.

Balcony area - will have several shores (floor to ceiling) at the handrail and beside the table. This is to ensure 100% safety as our balconies are old and will be repaired in the not to distant future. Check in could be earlier if approved by Owner!

Amazing experience the condo was exactly like the photos had all kitchen utensils and appliances we needed overlooked the beach and overall was an amazing place to stay for the price.
Fantastic location just steps away from the beach. Very secure building with great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and had a very well-equipped kitchen with anything you'll need. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great week. This unit was very comfortable for the three of us. The location worked the best for meeting up with our family Some work is still needed inside, some amenities could be better. A key is needed to go anywhere on the property, maybe for the unit itself I would suggest remote entry.

This was our first time visiting and staying in Daytona. The condo was in a great location. Easy access to everything even walking distance to certain popular businesses. You can tell the condo had been remodel. Nice comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. The only thing that was not functioning properly was the tv's in the bedrooms. The remote controls was not working even when you put batteries in them. Also a new ironing board and iron wouldn't have been great. All in all this is a great condo to rent.
It was an amazing experience at the property. There were few hiccups initially when a resident of the building started asking questions on why did I rent it when pool was closed and all the patios were having balcony and so on. Other then that it was very good. Check in was smooth and I was having all the necessary information related to my stay beforehand. I would recommend this property to others!
