We loved the house, easy access to the beach ,restaurants, groceries and activities! We fished every day from the dock with great success and our dogs loved the freedom of the wrap around screened area!

Thank you for staying at our beach house. It's so nice to hear that you & your family enjoyed your time in Marco!
Beautiful house. Lots of extras like canoes, play station and a ping pong table. The beach is somewhat isolated, perfect for social distancing. My family and I had a wonderful time.
Our family stayed here for 6 nights. The home was lovely and we all had plenty of space to gather. We enjoyed the short walk to Tiger Tail Beach, biking, playing some ping pong (especially our 6 year old grand daughter) and lounging on the dock next to the canal. I would definitely recommend this home for your Marco Island get away..
this was a great experience for both me and my good friend. She had wanted me to visit Marco Island with her for the great shelling opportunity and we were definitely not disapointed---definitely a shelling paradise. The space was definitely ample for just the two of us and would nicely accommodate at least 6 people. We loved the enclosed decks that circled the entire house and the downstairs enclosed patio was a great place to assemble and clean our shells. We will definitely stay here again if we venture to Marco Island. Oh not to mention that the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.
Lovely home 10 minute walk or 2 minute bikeride to Tigertail Beach.
Home has everything you need for a family. Very clean as well. Enjoyed using the bikes and paddle boards. Wonderful open kitchen with everything you need if you enjoy cooking. We loved the large leather reclining sofa in the great room. Great room TV was large and new. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The owner was great at getting right back to us to answer questions. Great neighborhood and nice neighbors. Would definitely rent again.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Andrea and her guests. She was easy to communicate with and left the house in perfect shape. I highly recommend her to all hosts. We look forward to having her and her guests once again. Thank you Andrea for being a great guest!
The house was well equipped; especially the kitchen. Everything as expected. We trailered a small Boston Whaler down from Maine. We used it every day to access beaches; North Marco, Little Marco, & Keewaydin. Fishing off the dock was great! We played pickleball several times at the Marco Island Pickleball club. Everyone there was very friendly. We brought our bicycles and rode every other morning. Just a wonderful month.
The location was great! A few things needed repaired and the rug in the one room smelled like dog pee. We had to spray air freshener on it. The spiral stairs were not a plus either. A queen bed on the main floor in the one bedroom would have been more ideal since all 3 bathrooms are on the main floor. The other bed was upstairs and was a roll out. Our friends sometimes are up in the middle of the night and didn’t want to navigate the stairs in the dark. I would still recommend this home because it was still a nice place to stay.
One of our go to locations Marco Island stayed at numerous other accommodations over the years mostly good.
This property however ticked all the boxes, great location and fabulous layout for the 4 of us although would certainly accommodate more without getting in each other’s way.
Would for sure check out availability and price on our visit next year.
Thanks to Daniel for being a great host with good communication.

We loved our stay at this home in Marco! Clean as can be and has everything you could possibly need for the beach, entertainment, and kitchen. We crossed the Tigertail inlet everyday with provided beach gear to get to the beach. It was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Bikes available for riding around the neighborhood. We loved lounging in the downstairs lanai in the evening and watching the inevitable Florida storms roll in and watching lightening from the crows nest at night. We so enjoyed our stay. 😊
Overall a very good experience. Daniel was very attentive, got dishwasher replaced quickly. New beach chairs are needed. We saw dolphins, manatees, turtles and owl’s, caught fish at dock. Thanks, we will be back.
Very fun, open floor plan. Perfect location by Tiger Beach, yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a lot of fun and look forward to possibly repeating our stay - which we have never done, but this is really a great location. I envy the owners!
Can't imagine a better house for the price. Visited with my wife and two young kids. Perfect house for the value. Well maintained and great location. Typical sleepy Marco Island neighborhood. Walk to beach isn't bad, but the water from the front gate of of Tigertail is an additional 10 minutes. More often than not, easiest to drive the 2 minutes to the lot. Owners incredibly helpful and great communicators.
This is a nice property in a beautiful location! The neighbor was quiet and really well maintained.
The amenities were very nice! The bikes, ping pong table and fishing poles were really handy. The only disappointment was the kayaks. We found them difficult to use without the pedals. The steering was nearly impossible without them. The refurbished pedals did not work. Suggestion would be to remove the kayaks from the listing or purchase kayaks that don’t require pedals so they are easier to use.

About the host
Hosted by Daniel Veitia
I'm a South Florida local, raised in Miami, and currently own a business in Miami Beach with my brother. We have lengthy experience in home ownership, property renovations, and long term rentals. We often use VRBO for my own family vacations, and find them to be much more personable. Before the purchase of the Beach House, we used VRBO for our annual visits to Marco Island.
Why they chose this property
Our family purchased this home so we'd have a place to stay when visiting our parents. We have truly enjoyed many great times already in Marco, filling the house with our kids, friends, extended family, and Jaya (our Blue Heeler). Most of the home has a vaulted ceiling, and we recently renovated the kitchen, installed wood series porcelain flooring throughout, and modernized all bathrooms. The kitchen features quartz countertops, an island bar, under-cabinet lighting, and fully equipped with our favorite cook-ware. This location is quiet with few cars ever driving by, but plenty of locals walking, biking and running along. Getting to Tigertail Beach is a 2 minute leisurely bike ride (half mile), and it features a great playground, snack shack, and beach concessions. Hit the area furthest south on Tigertail to get to Crescent Beach, or cross the lagoon to head closer to Hideaway Beach.
What makes this property unique
Since this home is elevated and completely screened, its a great home to open up completely when a gulf breeze is blowing (which is most of the time). Each bedroom and the entire living area has sliding doors that access the wrap around screened in balcony that has a staircase leading to ground floor lanai. The crow's nest is perfect for quiet time, play time, or any time really. Look over Hideaway Beach towards the gulf, or in any direction as the crow's nest has windows on all four sides. Because we regularly use this home, there are plenty of beach bikes, a big wheel, and even a Ferrari (perfect if you're 2-5 years of age, but our teens will use it too). Now, how many rentals have you seen that leave you their Ferrari?
