About this property

Closest private rental home to beach access and JW Marriott! 3 minute walk!

Under new ownership, this beach house is less than a five minute walk to the beach access to Crystal Beach. This is very close to the JW Marriott, and is an uncrowded part of the beach. It is so close that you can walk home for lunch!
The house has been renovated with a granite kitchen and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and twins. There are three tv's and three dvd players.
The lanai is quite large and the pool has salt water filtration. Best of all, it is southwest facing so you will get sun late morning and all afternoon! There is a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. There are empty lots on each side of the property which will give you less noise and added privacy.
Ring Door Bell ..

There is a washer and dryer. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the outside shower!

Cable and internet provided... Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

Location, location, location! This house's location cannot be beat. Right across the street from the pedestrian public beach access. The house and pool are wonderful and we loved staying here. I also liked that there is one bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side. This way my family could be on one side and my sister and her kids on the other. The host is really responsive and easy to communicate with.

This was the perfect home for our family of 4. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach was great with a 2 year old. We will be back! House was clean and the pool was crystal clear!

house has all amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. The pool area is very private and the pool itself is maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. the beach umbrella's and chair's could be updated but they would suffice.We would rent again if available for our schedule.

Perfect location to beach

We have a small dog and couldn’t book a condo on the beach. This house is as close to the beach that also allows pets. Great pool and location. The bikes in the garage came in handy. Great vacation!

The hosts are both incredible lovely people who will help you out every step of the way. The house is in the perfect location for public beach access and has more than enough beach supplies including wagons and bikes! 10/10 will go back again!

Christmas at the beach

My husband, myself, daughter, son in law, their pup and our son enjoyed celebrating Christmas in this lovely home.Location could not have been better.Outdoor area was wonderful we ate all of our meals outside.House was very clean with everything we needed for our stay.Host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. Family vacation

We stayed in April of 2024. This is an amazing three bedroom house that was beautiful inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of other activities and we had also planned and went on a private shelling excursion, a shark fishing trip, an airboat ride and a Python hunting trip.

Spring break 2023

My husband and I rented this house and stayed in it for 8 days with our three boys- ages 14,11, and 9. The house was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat- less than .4 miles to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and the JW Marriott. I would highly recommend this property.

Great home!! gray hosts!!

It was our first trip to Marco Island and Denise and Paul greeted us upon our arrival and gave us the lay of the land and some restaurant tips. We had a great week, walking over to the beach, relaxing by the pool, barbecuing a bit and dining at some great restaurants. The house is meticulously maintained inside and out. We highly recommend it if you plan a trip to Marco Island!!

Marco Island Gem

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cute home. The location was great for enjoying the beach and other amenities in the area. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kitchen and dining items and beach and pool toys. We all had a wonderful time. The owner went above and beyond by putting up a Christmas tree and other decorations for the holidays. Denise was great to deal with.

Really nice house, great location!

We wanted to spend 5 days in Marco Island and decided to reserve this place based on the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We're a family of 5 and the house had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, and looks like they'd been recently updated. Bedrooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Great pool, loved eating on the lanais. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, which had spectacular sand and seashells. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I are originally from Massachusetts. I am a retired school teacher and my husband is a chemist. We purchased our first home on Marco in 2011 and fell in love with the island and lifestyle. We live on the island most of the year but travel back during the summer months to spend some time with our children and grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We ourselves are beach lovers and spend almost every day at Crescent beach. We pass this property on the way to the beach and always thought it was a superb location. We thought how convenient it would be just to walk to the beach and not worry about parking. When we saw the "For Sale" sign we knew it was meant to be!

What makes this property unique

What we loved about this house was its location and the fact that it has been totally remodeled. It is so convenient to the JW Marriott which has great restaurants and music and activities. It is also within walking distance to the movie theater, Catholic church and lots of shopping and restaurants.
