WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.

Fire alarms and need main rug cleaning

Fire smoke alarms keep going off sometimes stop when close doors to bedrooms.One missing in hall with wires showing. Main rug in living area very dirty.turns clean socks black.The place was in a good location had alittle trouble finding place by gps mapping. Had to walk in rain and cold twice to car due to wrong pass word numbers to door.The manager finally gave right number and said sorry but after a long drive in rain wasn’t pleasant at all.

Be Prepared

Be extra prepared for this stay. Very few if any amenities. Bring hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap. Washcloth or sponge to wash dishes. One towel in the kitchen. There were some small beach chairs, we had brought ours. The area is amazing though! Love Atlantic Beach and the surrounding area and all it had to offer.

Beautiful View

Great location. Beautiful ocean view from balcony which was our favorite place in the morning to have coffee. Easy board walk to the beach with no steps to drag your beach wagon down. Awesome pool. The only negatives are there are no elevators so being on the 3rd floor was brutal having to tote your luggage and essentials up and down. Bring your own hand soap and dish liquid. They did supply toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Dishes, cups and glasses were nice but other kitchen stuff is less desirable and not taken care of therefore we could not use it because I didn’t have Brillo pads to scrub it. Shower stall could use a good cleaning as the scum wiped off with a cloth… but that’s the cleaning services fault.
