Great family location in a quiet cove with full water view. Make great family memories in this appropriately named "Dockside on Bay Pine Island". Enjoy 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with one upper bedroom lakeside and 4th separate bedroom suite with private access directly on lakeside. Kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and blue water tile back-splash. Fully stocked large kitchen open to family room with vaulted beamed ceiling and large farm table. Big covered back-porch with open views and open deck for grilling. Enjoy the lakeside covered cabana with table/chairs. Add to this an outdoor shower, and firepit. Boondocks Marina just a cove away, close to Wind Creek State Park and River North Marina. Easy access from Hwy 280. Large fireplace for those cold winter months. Jordan Hare stadium about 30 minutes away for Auburn football games. Nice family dock for kids jumping in the water or tying up your boat with easy walk-in stairs. Use the paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and lilypad mat provided to guests for exercise and fun. Make your family memories at a great price. Early/late check-in MUST be approved by owner. Non-authorized pets will have full security deposit deduction.
Check water levels during fall months at Alabama Power. Water levels drop every year starting Sept thru spring at lowest levels of 7 feet. For the safety and protection of our guests, this home is monitored by a security camera located on the front porch.

This is such a nice, quiet stay on Lake Martin! We stayed for a weekend to go to the Auburn game and wish we had more time. The house is stocked with kitchen supplies and lake toys. Will definitely come again!

Great place to stay

This is our favorite place to stay on Lake Martin. Its on a quite cove just a few minutes boat ride from a marina, peanut point, and several nice beaches. The house is nice and clean with all the amenities you could want. We'll definitely be back again.

Super Vacation!

We spent a 3 1/2 week vacation at this property using it as a base of operations für visiting family nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the house. Stores and restaurants in Alex City and Dadeville are only a short drive away. Kelly and Jon were great to work with. We will consider coming back.

Great location with amenities

In town for a high school fishing tournament but spent most of our time enjoying this property! We loved being tucked away in a quiet cove for fishing, our kids loved having the paddle boat and kayaks to play in. Only 10-15 min from town, but we enjoyed grilling out on the deck and staying near the water. Only complaint wasn’t associated with the home itself or the owners so I’ll keep it to myself 🙂 would definitely return!

Wonderful Weekend With Family!!

This cabin was PERFECT for our family getaway! Our family (kids and grandkids included) range from 61 years to 7 months. Every person had a blast. We loved how close it was to the water, the “toys” we had (Lilly Pad and paddle boat) to play with, and how well the cabin was furnished. No complaints!!! Hope to stay there again. Super-gracious hosts!!!

My grown sons and wive/girlfriend were able to meet us for the Auburn football game. They were traveling from Birmingham and South Carolina. We came from Mobile. Such a great spot to meet and easy to get to game.

Why they chose this property

This property is situated on a quiet cove but yet minutes to the big open water. Complete renovation top to bottom. Lots of outside decks to enjoy the water views, cabana, and summer grilling. Lakeside Marina is one cove away to rent a boat or gas up your own. Close to Wind Creek State Park, River North Marina, and quick access to Hwy 280.
