Living room, Kitchen and Media room renovated 2018. Features include multiple view decks, outdoor kitchen, two fireplaces, private jacuzzi 2-Car car port and more. Weekly cleaning and gardening service provided. Price incentive for entire summer rental.

This incredibly gorgeous 3,000 sf home will not last long!!

ONLY late June, July, August, and the first half of September. Minimum rental = 31 days.

Wonderful Location

This property is amazing! Very well located. It is close to the main street of La Jolla and close to the beach as well. The views from the house are amazing. We will certainly be back there. The owners Tom and Brenda also help significantly providing all the necessary information about the property and neighborhood. We highly recommend the stay.

Picture Perfect!

We had an amazing 2+ month stay at Tom and Brenda’s home. They went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect for us and were available throughout our stay for questions. Great location with easy access to town via the Coast Walk trail. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I are from Minnesota and when we met San Diego was the place we wanted to make our next adventure. We bought our home and have not looked back. We are avid travelers and spend summers at our lake lodge in Wisconsin. Ok ok you can take the couple out of the mid west but you can't take the mid west out of the couple. We are are fortunate to have the best of the west coast ocean and the north woods lake life.

Why they chose this property

When told stories about our travels, San Diego had been a common destination. After a couple of trips to California it was to be the destination to start our married life together. We fell in love with La Jolla and ocean sunsets. ! Our home is located in the best of two worlds. We walk everyday to the village along beautiful Coast Walk Trail (right in front of our home) for an early cliff hike. If a beach walk is your preference and the tide is low, La Jolla Shores is 1/4 mile walk to the beach for sunrise or sunset walk including more dining options.

What makes this property unique

As we mentioned the location to all things La Jolla make this a unique home. If privacy is what you are seeking then you can't beat this place. Additionally, our home is nicely situated to many attractions within San Diego and adventures beyond LJ. Easy travel to race track, Temecula wine country, theaters, downtown, golf (Torrey Pines Golf Course), LJ Glider Port, sailing, deep sea fishing, and of course lots of shopping.
