A lovely property with genuinely charming and helpful hosts. It is in a quiet area and has a big swimming pool and plenty of outside seating and a lovely garden. Good kitchen and clean bedrooms. It was really hot when we stayed, so the air-conditioning in every room was amazing! 15 mins drive to Carcassonne, and easy access to its railway station to get to Toulouse or Narbonne, and a great base for exploring the Black Mountains and surrounding areas. A great family place to stay.

Great place

Lovely property , very secure with plenty of parking. Well kept garden and pool and house very well furnished inside. A great place and the hosts Elsbeth and Gerard were helpful and very pleasant.

Calming holiday

We loved staying here, it was just what we needed. The villa was nice and the outside ticked all the boxes.The owners were lovely and very helpful when needed. Would recommend saying here if you want a holiday to relax and recuperate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect!

Elisebth and Gerrard have a lovely property with all you could want and ask for, as far as space, amenities are concerned; they also provided a great deal of information about the surrounding area for our benefit. I would be happy to stay again or reccomend this property to family and friends.

Perfect holiday

We had the most wonderful week in this lovely villa. The kids did not want to leave the pool! Elisabeth was always quick to reply to any queries and was very welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

Paradise !!!

The property was exactly how described and was so peaceful and tranquil, rhere is nothing could be done to improve it at all, 5 mins away you had all you could wish for and the med beaches at 35 mins a fabulous property

Wonderful oasis

We had a fantastic holiday at this stunning house. Elisabeth and Gerard have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We were a family of four (2 adult kids) and there was so much space, plenty of room for 8 too. The pool was fantastic, loads of games, beautiful garden, lots of areas created with natural shade, hammocks, huge tv for films. We really could not fault it. Highly recommend!

Great family villa

This villa was amazing. Everything was super clean and very well equipped The swimming pool is a great size with a lovely out house next to it.There are various outside areas each with seating and very well maintained.The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with everything you need for any meal.Each bedroom has electric shutters so you can get complete darkness as well as AC to keep them cool.The nearby village is small but sweet with a bakery and a very good butchers. Just a 4 minute drive.I would definitely stay here again

Spacious villa with fabulous outdoor areas

We had an amazing stay at Elisabeth and Gerards's home. It was modern and spacious internally with all the facilities you'd need.There were various comfortable outdoor seating areas and a fabulous pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen, table football and table tennis table were a great addition and provided us with hours of entertainment. Thank you both!

Good heated pool which the children loved.Good air con when required.Loved staying there but minor criticism was no upstairs toilet with bedroom. However was not a major problem. Kitchen not a very efficient design ok for holiday but would drive me mad if I lived there !!We had an excellent 3 generation holiday which started well with lovely helpful ownersWould highly recommend

Friends and family holiday

Great house and outdoor space/pool approx 10 minutes easy drive into Carcassonne. Local shops a five minute drive or quick cycle as bikes available. Cannot fault the indoor space ( huge lounge with cinema screen and as the weather wasn't great this came in useful) and huge outdoor space with lots of seating areas. Owners were lovely to communicate with. Could do with some plastic glasses/plates for outside and a few extra cooking utensils but we managed fine and didn't break anything!

Our family enjoys getting together as a family every year and this beautiful property provided the perfect place for our 2026 French connection. Elisabeth was quick to reply when I asked about booking the villa and also mentioned about Bastille Day being a spectacular event nearby so we were able to plan our activities accordingly so that we were in Carcassonne for the firework spectacular.As the time for our holiday drew closer I messaged Elizabeth to check everything was okay and she was very helpful and reassuring.On arrival she was waiting for us so checking in was very simply and fast. She also explained about the villa's features. We were delighted by the villa, which is truly beautiful, along with an incredible outdoor space, table tennis and pool. There was even a huge television for us to watch the World Cup matches and a lovely well equipped kitchen as well as lots to keep us entertained. It was in a fabulous and safe location just an hour from Toulouse, ten minutes from Carcassonne and an hour from the Pyrannes, Narbonne and the beach. From here we were able to easily travel to hike, white water raft, visit vineyards and enjoy a day in the city. The whole week was superb and this was the perfect villa for us to return to and relax in. Thank you Elizabeth for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Notre séjour de 2 semaines a réuni toutes les qualités (calme, villa très bien équipée, jardin et piscine très agréables, rien ne manque). Localisation géographique très intéressante pour rayonner autour de Carcassonne (abbayes, châteaux, ..). Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur soucis d'être disponibles, pour que le séjour se déroule de la meilleure façon, pour la sympathie exprimée. Franchement top !

belle grande maison louée par ses propriétaires très accueillants pendant les vacances ; extérieur très fleuri , piscine chaude (chauffée) mais surtout une profondeur rare où les pieds ne touchent pas le sol (pas facile à trouver) ;tout y est barbecue , babyfoot de café , des transats de toutes les formes ,en gros presque le paradis sur terre

Villa exceptionnelle

Superbe villa conforme à l'annonce avec beaucoup d'espace, une piscine plus qu'au top et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Idéalement situé afin de profiter de la région et de toutes les commodités. Pour finir des propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et disponibles. Expérience à renouveler. Splendide villa !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique villa. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos, d'une propreté impeccable et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Le jardin est un havre de paix avec beaucoup de plantations et d'arbres. La piscine est grande et chauffée. Le quartier est très calme et seulement à quelques kilomètres de Carcassonne. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et les attentions à notre égard d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cette location !

Sejour genial dans superbe villa bien amenagee

L accueil de nos hotes etait tres attentionné. La villa ainsi que le jardin etaient spacieux, dans un cadre reposant. Tout est prevu pour passer des vacances joyeuses sur place , avec une magnifique piscine , tout ce qu il faut comme jeux de piscine, ping pong, babyfoot, et tele grand ecran :-) . Nous avons pu visiter Carcassonne, et les grottes de Limousis. Nous avons adoré !

Magnifique et sublime logement avec jardin

Accueil très chaleureux par Maxime, des gens très sympa. La maison était nickel à notre arrivée, très propre, équipée. De même le jardin est absolument sublime, très bien aménagé. Bravo à Gérard et Élisabeth !! La piscine est très grande et profonde (2m). Et un garage géant. Je vous conseille vraiment de louer cette jolie maison de vacances !!! Vous ne serez pas déçu.
