Conveniently situated near Pole Creek Golf Course, Devil's Thumb Ranch, and Winter Park Resort, you'll have easy access to a plethora of activities including cross-country skiing, epic mountain biking, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, and dog sled adventures, all while relishing in the tranquility of your secluded mountain abode.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a private bath with a closet large enough to accommodate a twin bed! Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a twin. The basement living room offers bunk twin beds.

We absolutely loved our stay. The arrangement of rooms and bathroom was great for a group with multiple couples, kitchen was spacious/we cooked every morning and night. Hot tub was good size and had a great view. Convenient to winter park for ski getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family house!

Had an amazing time at this property, everything was better than expected and our large group still had plenty of room. Views at sunset are great from the hottub. Very short drive to winter park for a day of skiing.

Greats views and layout

Great for our family gathering. Kitchen and living room was big enough for our entire family. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Dishwasher didnt clean the dishes so there were dirty dishes in the cupboard. Black mold in the master shower. The kitchen faucet handle came off several times.

Very spacious and a nice place to stay, the ladies enjoyed the hot tub! Didn’t have any problems. We enjoyed the stay!It had 3-1/2 bathrooms, my only thing I didn’t care for was the size of the showers in two of the bathrooms. The master bathroom was perfect! Again the place was great! Great for multiple families

Great place for our annual getaway with two other families. The only drawback was the road was more busy off the back deck than I expected. But close to everything, beautiful, and the ice machine was workhorse! I personally loved that there were fans available to use.

Wonderful Stay at Tranquil Location

We were really pleased with the home and the location. Beautiful, comfortable home, had plenty of everything we could have needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stacked with dishes and spices. (I would recommend more wine glasses, there were only two.)We couldn't find the remote to the upstairs TV but the property manager went out and got a new one. We had some other questions and requests and all of our needs were immediately addressed and remedied.The location is quiet and the views from the deck are breathtaking!

Lovely spacious home. Beautiful quiet setting. Lots of hot water (perhaps too hot). Beds were comfortable. Great hot tub. Lots of plates, coffee cups, and cookie sheets, but short on pots and pans. We are pleased to recommend this home. It would be hard to beat.

Very nice place to stay! Well equipped. Could have better directions written in the house; drawers labeled more; lights in house labeled more; could not find cords to griddle; and dryer did not seem to work very well...a more personal communication would have been appreciated. Overall though, it was a good stay!

Family Get-Away

Directions to property were good. Plenty of room for our family. One thing that was very confusing was the light switches ... Labelling would have helped a great deal. We ate most of our meals at the house and additional items such as: zip bags, plastic wrap or storage containers would have been helpful. BUT ~ our family enjoyed some much needed time of being together!!

New Years Stay

We absolutely loved our stay over New Years. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. We were far enough out of town to feel secluded, but close enough to town as well as where we were snowmobiling. The property manager was super responsive when we texted regarding a piece of furniture that was broken upon our arrival. It was nothing big, but we wanted owner to be aware in case they wanted to fix. They immediately got back to us and appreciated the update. We had our best friends with us and the space was amazing. This would be an ideal place for a large family gathering with a ton of sleeping areas and still spread out enough to have your own privacy. The garage was great to load in and out and plenty of parking for everyone. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future.

All around wonderful, spacious, comfy

We loved the windows for the light, the expansive views, lack of other buildings - truly the Colorado view you'd hope for in the high country. The home is very spacious, perfect for four different families coming together. The heated floors warmed the house nicely. Parking was ample and well cleared for us. While the picture shows a road in front of the view, which caused me some concern, it is a very minor, not much travelled road, and totally a non-issue for us. Everything was available for cooking. We appreciated the spices and oil. The TV and cable worked without complication. The hot tub was hot and ready. As the organizer of our long weekend, I always feel a little trepidation about the home selection process as places aren't always as they appear, the downsides aren't mentioned. In this case I couldn't have been more pleased with how perfect this house was for our needs and our wants.

Great property but with a few neglected issues

Spacious and can comfortably fit a lot of people - however the layout is a bit odd unless you specifically are a family with young children. Two bedrooms have a queen/full plus a set of bunk beds or a single bed, which is odd if you are traveling with a bunch of couples. We knew this ahead of time though and made it work. It just felt like it could be better designed (i.e. put all the bunk beds together in one room). The surrounding area is beautiful and pretty close to Winter Park Resort plus much more. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. A few issues that made our stay a bit less enjoyable: the ice maker in the fridge is broken (it creates ice fine but when you use the dispenser, it gets stuck and doesn't shut off - continually spitting out ice. We had to instead reach inside the freezer to get ice to prevent this), the blinds in one of the downstairs bedrooms were broken, the trash was not removed before our stay so the large bins were half full by the time we got there (checked in Sat, trash day was Fri), and last but most importantly one of the bunk bed ladders is not secured to the bed frame. We had one incident of a person trying to climb the ladder and it falling, almost resulting in him smacking his face on the frame but luckily caught himself on the windowsill. And then another incident where the ladder fell onto the person on the bottom bunk in the middle of the night while he was asleep. This is simply unsafe and needs to be fixed immediately.

Perfect Location, Location, Location!

Mountain Peak served our family of 12 like a dream. The view was amazing and the home was equipped with all the necessities. The location was perfect for our family's home base as we visited, Mt. PERFECT location, location, location!

We could not have been happier with the location and the size of this home. The view was outstanding and we took in every moment that we were home to enjoy. Our only complaint is that 3 of the beds seem to be double size, not queens as stated. There's plenty of space to spread out if anyone was uncomfortable. We were extremely happy with Sky Run as they checked on us to be sure we were happy and didn't need anything. Thank you for providing our family of 12 the perfect home for our family vacation.
