It is directly across from the beach in the beautiful Captain Dyer House with its own entrance, private gate, landscaped yard, parking, patio exclusive for guests and deck with a gorgeous ocean view.
Both bedrooms have new Queen size beds, generous closet space and en suite tiled bathrooms one with washer/dryer.
The well-equipped galley kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a pantry stocked with basic necessities upon your arrival.
The open living design for the living and dining space is located on the second floor. It is filled with light with access to the deck, a lovely water view, 42" HD smart flat screenTV and wifi Sonos music system.
