Perfect vacation home

We spent Easter visiting family in Naples and this remodeled home was just what we were looking for. It is close to beach, groceries and restaurants. Comfortable beds (even the pull out couch was comfortable which is unheard of) 4 beach chairs provided and beach towels. 10 out of 10!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything needed to enjoy time at the beach and to relax at home. Very clean refurbished house. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Great family house

We were two adults and four children. The house has a great location near Pelican Bay and Vanderbilt Beach. It is beautifully furnished, well equipped and spotless clean. And managed by an experienced and caring agency.

Great price!

I wish people would pay more attention to cleaning. It’s so upsetting to come to vacation and be absolutely disgusted because it’s not clean. I’m a clean freak and I expect to come to a clean rental. The Floors were black with dirt and we have a baby who wanted to be on floor. Obviously I was not about to allow that. Of this property at least had a decent vacuum and mop I would have cleaned it myself so that I could vacation in peace.. I hate to leave bad reviews but seriously can the cleaning be monitored more? It’s upsetting.

Very beautiful

Me and my family absolutely loved this place. Keith was a great host and took very good care of us. He was there to answer all questions and needs. Definitely recommend him to all who want a great experience in renting a property. The house was super nice and clean. Located in a nice area that was quite and well maintained.

Great Stay

We were in town for a long weekend to attend a funeral. This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with the TV and WiFi which we could not get to work. We reached out to the property manager and did not hear back from him for 2 days. He did however let us have a late check out which we truly appreciated.

What a great comfy home

I loved this home in such a nice neighborhood. We were a party of three adults and we used all the rooms. Everyone reported being very comfortable. There was a minor glitch at checkin but Keith resolved it right away. We were visiting family in the area and were able to extend our stay from 3 to 5 days. It worked out perfectly.

Perfect house for our vacation!

We have two little kids and our parents were staying at the Ritz which was very close by. Wonderful neighborhood, my husband and I were able to go for runs in the morning. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of four! Would recommend staying here for your vacation!

The ideal Beach Babymoon

Stayed with friends who are also pregnant and we had a blast, being so close to the beaches and great dining options was perfect! Pictures on the listing do not reflect that there is a king, AND queen bedroom, so we were glad that the written listing was correct in this regard. Would recommend to anyone!

Jättefint hus med all tänkbar utrustning man kan tänkas behöva. Smidig in- och utcheckning. Bra läge; gångavstånd till Vanderbilt beach, mataffärer (Whole Food!) och restauranger (missa inte Roccos Tacos!). Vi gjorde många dagsutflykter. Nära till t ex Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, Miromar Outlet och Fort Myers. Man behöver bil för att komma till centrala Naples så vill man få lite kvällsaktivitet så bör man nog bo längre ner. För oss passade dock detta perfekt. Väldigt lugnt och tryggt område. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus!
