Mayo Clinic is just 3 miles away over the Intercoastal Waterway.

This condo is situated on the 3rd floor and perfect height to enjoy the dunes, sand and ocean - not to high and not too low. This condo also is situated on the Northeast Corner and away from any car parking/turnaround and is very quiet.
