This accommodation could not have been more perfect for us! We wanted to be away from the tourist area and in an area close enough, but far enough. We were just a few minutes walk away from a tram stop that took us directly into the historical part of the city and to the train station. We loved being in a local neighborhood . There was a pastry shop across the street, a little bar on the corner, a major grocery store around the corner and a butcher shop diagonally across. We didn’t want for anything. It was close to an award-winning pizza restaurant and also a very lovely Italian restaurant. It was the perfect place to spend a month. The owner Rita was very helpful and lovely and her manager., Richard was a delight! He helped us navigate everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we do come back to Florence.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Communication was excellent with Richard. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo and also to the train station. Very clean with all amenities. It is also by a grocery store and coffee shop which was great! Thank you Rita! Your place was perfect for us!

This home was everything that we needed for Florence! Charming, updated, and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable. It is not in the city center, which we liked. Tram, grocery, restaurants were nearby. We used the tram or we walked to the areas we wanted to see.

Nice property outside of city center.

Very clean property spacious and comfortable perfect for our large group. Close by to a grocery store and corner market where you can get drinks, coffee, and snacks. Right up the street from a fresh produce stand and outdoor vendors market. Very near to a wonderful local restaurant Fratelli briganti.

Florence Getaway

Location was perfect. Place was well decorated. Tram station was just a short walk away. Bar/coffee and Pastries was a 10 yard walk from the front door. Grocery store was 100 yards around the corner fro the place. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown if you don't want to take the tram.

Beautiful, roomy apartment with large beds!

Our adult family of 5 had a comfortable stay here. Good location if you like a light walk with the Duomo and museums about a mile away. Apartment was VERY clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen with all we needed to cook an authentic Italian meal. Rita answered all questions quickly so no complaints about anything. Would stay here again!!
