Lake House 3 blocks from the beach ~ bikes and children playhouse!

A charming fenced in corner lot perfectly suited for family fun. A long driveway accommodates plenty of on site parking along with a half court basketball area for shooting hoops.

Additional amenities include an adorable playhouse filled with children's furnishings and crafts for endless playtime. A spacious backyard with two newly designed seating areas that include picnic table seating, chaise lounge chairs, fire pit, new Weber grill and patio furniture.

This home is just a five minute walk to Lake Michigan, Kids Corner playground and historic downtown South Haven. Take time to enjoy South Haven shopping, restaurants, movie theater, Farmer's Market and historical charm.

Three upstairs bedrooms, two rooms with queen beds and third room with one set of bunk beds and a twin. The downstairs bedroom contains a queen pull out sofa.

Enjoy the Kal-Haven bike trial with it's many scenic stops and picturesque beauty. Several bikes are provided for your pedaling enjoyment. Wagon, beach umbrella and corn hole provided in the garage.

Towels and linens provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This Lake House was the perfect location for a long weekend stay. We loved the proximity to the playground/lake, and a highlight for our kids was the backyard playhouse. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable!

Overall a great experience ,they had 4 bikes available ,bags ,badminton and much more,the wagon came in real handy as we used it to haul all our stuff to the beach .Quiet neighborhood and great backyard with a gas grill .

What a great experience and just a cute house! Our host was amazing, and we communicated almost every day! It felt like a taste of home and a Greta visit to one of my favorite childhood towns. Very cute home, clean, comfortable beds and beautiful outdoor areas. The grounds are manicured and everything was in bloom and beautiful. The proximity to the beach was great- just a few blocks down. Loved the added touch of beach chairs to take to the beach and the master porch in the morning for coffee.

You can walk to the beach or the shopping on Phoenix. House is homey and has a lot of neat features including a nice backyard, playhouse, and bikes and beach games in the garage.

This was our second stay here. It is a great little place for a few days. The upstairs is not central air so leaving doors open at night is helpful. The kids enjoyed the play house and basketball. The outside shower is nice for rinsing everyone off.

Had a great stay with our children and their spouses. The house is roomy, tidy and nicely decorated. We had plenty of space to gather indoors or outdoors for fun family time. We walked to the beach everyday and again in the evening for the beautiful South Haven sunsets! The neighborhood is great and the few blocks walk to the beach was safe and lovely. The house had everything we needed and didn't feel at all like a hotel or a modern staged rental home. The owners communication was the best I have experienced and we felt right at home. Thanks so much! The whole family loved it and we hope to book this place again for future family vacations. This property is a gem!

Truly a perfect location. Close to town but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Just a few blocks from kids Corner and the blue stairs beach. We will be booking again! We were all so sad to leave.

Great Lakehouse

We enjoyed our stay in South Haven at this property. We were 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8. The kids enjoyed the playhouse and the basketball hoop. The adults appreciated the backyard with the fire pit and the lovely outdoot patio. Beach access was only a few blocks away. Nice house and nice location.
