About this property

T3 located on Mont Saint Clair, with panoramic sea and pond view and swimming pool.

Apartment T3 panaramic view SEA and POND, fully equipped as new in a quiet and secure luxury residence with swimming pool, tennis court and 2 private parking spaces.

The residence is located on Mont Saint Clair, a popular area in Sète, with direct access to its national forest.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday only. Check in 3pm Chek out 11am.

The apartment is composed of a semi open kitchen to a large living room, living and dining room opening onto a large terrace (22m2), two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom.

The kitchen area is completely new: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.

For sleeping two bedrooms: a large bedroom with wardrobe overlooking the terrace and enjoying a direct view of the sea and a second bedroom also equipped with storage, with two 90cm beds (convertible into a large 180cm bed). Convertible sofa in the living room (bed 160 cm with slatted base). All bedding is new (purchased in 2018).

On the terrace you will find a garden furniture, ideal for aperitifs in the sun, as well as a large table that can seat 6 people and a plancha. All with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the Thau lake.

During your stay, you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool reserved for the residence, with sea views. It has a wide beach for settling in, reading or sunbathing.
For athletes but not only, the residence also has a private tennis court and pétanque court, all in the shade and calm of the Mont St Clair pines.

The rental includes two parking spaces, private parking and secure by an electric gate.

A great stay in a wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Sète. Our apartment was in a great location, very comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed, including fabulous views over the Mediterranean and the Etang du Thau. Our hosts were excellent and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this apartment. My only suggestion would be to include WiFi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel. Le grand salon et la terrasse permettent d'avoir un bel espace et la vue est juste exceptionnelle. Il ne manquait que la clim pour atteindre la perfection. Vraiment très bon séjour proche des plages et des petits villages environnants.

Des vacances parfaites à Sète !

Quel bonheur d’être accueilli avec sourires et gentillesse par les propriétaires Monsieur et Madame AUBANIAC après 10 heures de route ! Nos hôtes toujours disponibles et arrangeants nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre séjour de 3 semaines soit parfait et ce fut le cas. L’appartement tout confort est exactement comme sur les photos avec une vue splendide et un calme qui invite au repos et à la préparation de bons repas sur la grande terrasse ombragée grâce à la plancha. Nous avons joué au tennis tous les jours, profité de la piscine et des belles plages environnantes. Sète est une très jolie ville et la région est propice aux belles découvertes et aux balades dans un environnement préservé. N’hésitez pas à réserver ce bijou, vous aurez l’assurance de passer des vacances au top ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Toller Ausblick

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns zu Beginn alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet und befindet sich in einem wirklich sehr guten Zustand. Das Highlight war für uns die große Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Das Objekt befindet sich etwas höher gelegen und zu Fuß bis zum Strand war es für uns ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, weswegen wir immer mit dem Auto zum etwas weiter entfernten (etwas ruhigeren) Strand gefahren sind ( ca. 5 Autominuten). Der Fußweg zum Bäcker und zu den Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. würde ich mit ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß angeben. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Un séjour qui tient toutes ses promesses

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sète, ville très agréable, que nous connaissions déjà. L'appartement est en tout point conforme à ce qui était annoncé dans l'annonce: c'est un joli trois pièces meublé avec goût (et pas avec du ikéa bas de gamme, comme dans bien des locations), et muni d'assez d'équipements pour passer des vacances reposantes. Le gros point fort du lieu : sa très grande terrasse et sa vue, partagée entre la mer et l'étang. C'est là que nous avons passé l'essentiel de notre temps. La résidence en elle-même est d'une architecture très moderne sur laquelle je me prononcerai pas. Elle est adossée au mont, ce qui donne de jolies parties communes ouvertes sur la nature. Elle est pratique, bien entretenue, et dotée d'une belle piscine, avec un petit bain pour les enfants. S'y ajoute un tennis. Le seul minuscule point faible : les quelques mètre à parcourir sur une route sans trottoirs pour aller à la plage ou à la boulangerie (à 10-15 minutes à pied). Mais franchement, même avec un enfant de cinq ans, cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Tout près de la plage, il y a un petit supermarché, bien suffisant pour les courses de vacances. Sinon, il y a un arrêt de bus en bas de la résidence, qui mène dans un sens au centre-ville (magnifique marché!) et dans l'autre sens, aux plages. Mr Aubaniac, son épouse, (ainsi que son fils et sa belle-fille, qui nous ont accueillis) ont été très courtois (et joignables). Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons !

Mont Saint Clair

Séjour très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires( enfants comme parents😉). L appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est pratique avec tout le confort. Et avec mes problèmes de dos, j ai très bien dormi grâce à une literie de qualité. Excellent séjour,nous reviendrons !!!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons pu apprécier le confort de cet appartement avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Belle résidence et belle piscine mais les résidents ne sont pas toujours agréables. Nous hôtes ont été parfaits, sympathiques et nous ont bien décrit ce qu’il y avait à faire. La résidence est en hauteur, la mer accessible à pied mais nous avons pu utiliser notre voiture pour aller à la plage des baleines, avec un stationnement gratuit. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la ville de Sete avec ces canaux, sa vie de pêcheurs et l’animation. Nous avons également aimé les spécialités locales. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement. Très bon accueil par une personne mandatée par l’hôte. Le descriptif est conforme. La vue est superbe et la terrasse permet d’en profiter un maximum. Seul bémol : les frais de ménage de 80€, qui ne comprennent que la fourniture du linge de lit. Ce prix se rapproche plus de celui d’un ménage de fin de séjour que de celui de prestation draps. S’ils étaient directement intégrés au prix de la location, ça me paraîtrait plus cohérent.

Die Wohnung und die Anlage inkl. Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, die riesige Terrasse mit dem Super -Ausblick und dem Grill ist natürlich der Höhepunkt! Wir haben schöne zwei Wochen erlebt, viel gesehen und gut gegessen.

Cette location est exactement le reflet des photos de l'annonce, dépaysement total même quand on est dans l'appartement ! Nous avons apprécié la bonne literie et la vue sur mer depuis presque tout l'appartement, la piscine et le terrain de tennis. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous avons passé un moment agréable à la remise des clés avec Mr et Mme Aubaniac, les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour très agréable

Très belle vue, appartement très agréable et propre. Les aménagements extérieurs ( piscine , terrain de pétanque) sont bien entretenus permettant de passer de bonnes vacances. Très bel appartement confortable et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent comme chez soi. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les prestations sont de qualité. Accueil chaleureux de Pauline, propriétaire très agréable, souriante, et à l'écoute. Appartement conforme aux photos. Propre et fonctionnel, dans lequel on se sent bien immédiatement. Décoration épurée, moderne et à notre goût. Superbe terrasse et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et l'étang de Thau. Dépaysement total !!!. Résidence sécurisée, calme, propre, et espaces verts entretenus. Un plus : la piscine, et le tennis dont nous avons bien profitez. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.
