You'll love this small cozy cottage located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home!

We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City. 12 miles from Tryon Equestrian Center, 1 hour to Asheville, 20 minutes to Shelby, and 1 hour or less away to many beautiful mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities!

5 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks in it, Walmart, ALDI and plenty more convenient stores.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you’ll need such as a Keurig coffee maker, coffee (k-cups), dinnerware, cookware, toaster, blender....etc.

We now have a GRILL.!!!. You can dine in, and avoid restaurants or eat out by the fire pit! :)

After a nice day out, you can enjoy your evening on the porch listening to the birds or inside catching up on your favorite TV show. We provide Cable as well as Netflix.

Our queen bed will give you a good night rest to wake up the next day feeling ready for a new adventure.
In the bathroom you’ll find clean towels , hand soap and toiletries.
In case you need to do a wash, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience.
And for an extra fixture, you’ll have a small room with a utility sink.

PET FEE: Because airb&b doesn’t have a pet fee option, If you bring a pet with you, PLEASE let us know!

If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to stay near each other, but not in the same house, we have 2 separate houses on the same property. Each house has 1 bedroom and sleeper sofa in each living room that will fit 2 more.

We have a small trail around our house in a wooded area which will be perfect to walk your dogs.

Relax in the evening outside by the fire pit. Dimmable lights will keep the light just right for the perfect atmosphere.

Here is what we’re doing in an effort to keep our guests safe during COVID-19:

We have signed up with the Enhanced Cleaning program and committed to following the cleaning protocol they’ve suggested. We’ve received a “Enhanced Clean” badge for doing so on our listing.
Here are some things that we do. There will be a more thorough list of what’s been done at the cottage.

-We use face masks, gloves and aprons.
-We use disinfecting spray after every stay and before we start deep cleaning and disinfecting.
We open all windows for at least one hour after every stay.
- All bedding, including Duvet cover is washed after every stay.
-All high touch surfaces are disinfected: light switches, door handles, lamps, blind handles, etc.
-We’ve left cleaning supplies for your use while in the cottage.
