I feel like everything was better than expected considering the price for what you get. Very nice place for a family or couple. Quiet and seemed pretty safe. Easy to relax and nice pool area. My only concern was initial restrictions on the thermostat causing me to have a few warm nights. It was fixed once I figured out that I needed to ask for it to be changed. If you like it cool to sleep, make sure you tell them upfront. If you want to come back to a cool place after the beach make sure you tell them up front. These are two separate issues with the thermostat settings.

The condo is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has washer and dryer. Good kitchen appliances. It is on a second floor and there are no elevators. It is not near the beach. It is more near the central area of Clearwater with easy access to all that is around this area to enjoy.

Cute Convenient Condo

The condo was easy to find, cute and very clean. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The short term rental application was a bit tedious and seems excessive for a one night stay.

Great Apartment

Really nice apartment, great pool and good location. Some building works going on which was a minor annoyance fora couple of days. Overall a great stay.
