Gorgeous 4900 square foot pool & spa home minutes from Lake Travis and winery

Incredible 4900 square foot home sitting on 8 acres with amazing Canyon views of over 80 acres! This home will comfortably sleep 20 in beds! Noise and parking will never be an issue. There are no neighbors on both sides of this home. We do ask that when on the back side of the property you respect quiet hours after 11 pm. We do have echoing through the canyons.

The back of this house show cases two decks over looking the pool/spa and canyon. A huge built in bbq area with grill, dishwasher, sink, & refrigerator on lower level next to pool area! The most amazing fire pit that will seat up to 40 people sits to the right of the pool.

The home is beautifully furnished and has enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded. A custom 12 foot table will seat up to 18 for large sit down dinners. The lower level entertainment room has a poker table, foosball table, shuffle board table, 70 inch T.V. and a full secondary kitchen with a built in ice maker, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Two secondary baths were gutted and remodeled in January of 2021. The master bath was remodeled in 2022. The home has been upgraded with custom plantation shutters.

A 25’ x 45’ custom built Trex deck was added in the summer of 2020. A wonderful place to play yard games on or to host small events (weddings, retreats, and day events).

You are less than 5 minutes away from Gloster Park where you can launch your boat onto Lake Travis for a small fee. There is plenty of room to bring your boat and store on property as well as a camper or RV.

We are within 30 minutes of several marinas for boat rentals and a day of fun on Lake Travis.

You are NEXT door neighbors to Flat Creek Winery, a full restaurant and winery. Flat Creek Winery also has a 18 hole disc golf course.

You are 25 minutes from Marble Falls with two more beautiful wineries and gorgeous Lake LBJ.

You are 7 miles from Villa Antonia Wedding Venue. This would be the perfect house to entertain and host out of town family guests, along with the bride and groom.

You are one hour from the Austin airport, Bergstrom International and downtown. 25 minutes from Marble Falls and Lake LBJ, 10 minutes from Lago Vista, & 25 minutes from Cedar Park & super close to all retail, restaurants, and entertainment.

This home is perfect for events, day & week end retreats, family reunions, family vacations, bachelor & bachelorette parties, wedding families, and just about any other event, including weddings up to 60. There will be an event fee above the nightly rental rate if the use of the house is more than 20 and is being used as a larger event.
