This lovely cottage is in the historic district of Lynchburg, TN. This home is located just off the town square and only 4 houses down from Miss Mary Bobos Boardinghouse Restaurant. It comes with 3BR/3BA, fireplace in the den, upgraded kitchen and a new washer/dryer. For your relaxation there is a private outdoor courtyard with fireplace, picnic table and seating for 6. There is a covered porch with seating for 6 that overlooks the backyard. For your pets, the backyard is completely fenced in. Please tell us about your pets before you book.

This property was even better than it appeared online. The outdoor fireplace was amazing and there was plenty of wood ready for us. The host was responsive and accommodating to all of our needs - we could not have had a better experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and visited the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. It was great that everything is within walking distance that is in the town. The home was wonderful with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We didn’t cook while there, but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need!

Mother’s Birthday Trip

The cottage was perfect for my mother’s birthday trip. She kept saying about the house, “I could live here.” The property managers were great. We would love to come stay again. The owners were nice as well.

Family Vacation for spring break

This is a wonderful property and has so much to offer. The house if fantastic with the three good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great as we could walk to downtown and enjoy what was offered. Looking forward to visiting again.
