Built-in Bunk Bed. 2nd Level. 4 TVs (36" flat in great room) with basic cable, 2 DVD players, VCR, wireless internet. Huge oceanfront deck with furniture and access from living room and master bedroom. Spacious and beautifully decorated, carpeted, dining table seats 8, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans. Seasonal community outdoor swimming pool. Crib, high chair.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Not so oceanfront....

The photos online do not show the built up sand dunes that obstruct your view of the beach. Between the dunes and the tops of Shabumi tents, there is not much of a view. The condo had not been cleaned upon our 4:30pm arrival and no linens had been delivered. The freezer did not work and we had no ice for our entire stay. The dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry a load of towels. The water pressure is really bad and the master shower leaks terribly, then it takes forever to dry all the towels you need to dry the floor after showering. The master tub is very slippery. The beds were comfortable enough. The furniture is comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable seating. The layout of the condo is nice and it is well decorated. There are good televisions in the living room and bedrooms and the wifi works well. The a/c works really well and all the rooms stay cool. I would probably not stay here again due to the obstructed ocean view and the broken freezer. I feel like we paid more than we should have for this property.
