Oceanfront Property. Beautiful view! Excursion offered with a fee

Charming oceanfront home, with deck overlooking Moosabec Reach. This home is located in a busy lobster fishing community. Watch the fishermen as they sail out to work in the morning and sail back at the end of a day. This home has all amenities...Wi-Fi, laundry, grill, tv in living room and all bedrooms, and anything else u may need. Included in your stay is 1 lobster per person....Come enjoy the ocean air and the scenic views of our amazing town!

Excursion includes
1. Sunday's only! A remote beach lobster feed lobster's will be cooked on the boat 150.00 person. Only way to beach is by boat. Weather permitting. 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2. You can experience the real downeast Maine lobsterfishing by getting out on the lobster boat as a sternman hauling traps seeing how it's done and take home a lobster. 75.00 per person. Weather permitting only available on Saturday at this time.
3.Special Excursion. August 8th 2026 weather permitting is Winter Harbor Boat races that we will be sailing to for a day of fun watching the races. There will be lobsters and crabs being cooked up Must be 16 or older. 75.00 per person. This will be a whole day event.

We have 4 children Elizabeth, Kirk, Cassidy and Charlie Jr. We also have 2 grandchildren Payton and Ocean. We are family oriented family is very important to us. We started doing summer rentals to share the beauty of our town. We enjoy meeting new people from different places and seeing people we see year after year.
