Hello! Thank you for your interest in our family's condo for your next vacation. It has been in our family for approximately 30 years and was the prime spot for my parents every winter and spring. Unfortunately they are no longer able to enjoy it so we are offering it to long term renters at this time.
Why they chose this property
The Barista neighborhood is conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs where shopping, dining, casinos, spas, museums, galleries and more are within minutes of the condo.
In addition, this complex is very quiet and friendly. Short term rentals are not allowed (less than 30 days) and as a result the complex stays peaceful year round with many residents living there full time or spending half of the year. As a result, the property is looked after better than other complexes.

What makes this property unique
The property was renovated from top to bottom in the summer of 2023 with beautiful finishes and new flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodels. New appliances include central HVAC system, dishwasher, built in microwave, and BBQ. All linens and bedding are brand new.
