About this property

Taking bookings for all 2026. Easy access to trails/lake.

Fully furnished three bedroom. lst bedroom has queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, and a pull out couch . Two bathrooms. Non-smoking inside house. No pets inside. Lake access at end of street. Could launch small boat etc.
Close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and entertainment. Boat launches and beach short driving distance away. Trails for riding four wheelers and snowmobiles within blocks from my house. Very easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Coffee and fixing provided as well as breakfast food. Paper products provided. Sheets, towels, extra blankets for your use. Fully furnished kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, can opener, toaster, mixer, crock pot. Firewood provided for outside fire pit. Plenty of outdoor sitting around outdoor table as well as around fire pit. House is much larger than appears from outside pictures. Come have a great time at my home.

Our stay was great, plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. We also had family members come for the day, and we all enjoyed the atmosphere, and the things to do in Houghton Lake. The house was well equipped with everything we might have forgotten back home. We loved being in the backyard having bonfires every night.

I believe this was the third time we stayed at this house. We were at the lake for a family reunion. However, we were disappointed when we arrived, to see that the carpets on the kitchen (at least) were not vacuumed.

Golf Trip with the guys

It was perfect for our golf trip ... great place to lay your head at night. We had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. We went in to town to the Springbrook Inn (The Frog Tiki Bar) and that place was great to hang out at and grab some dinner. Overall great experience!

Property had everything needed for our stay. Plenty of room. Unfortunately we stayed the hottest weekend of the year, right about 95 plus or minus 2 degrees. No fault of the owner. The portable air conditioner couldn’t keep up with heat.
