Welcome to our Spacious 3-bedroom 2-bath home close to all the amenities Houghton Lake has to offer. Lake views from the back patio and fire pit area. Within walking distance to lake access, 2 blocks to ORV/Hiking/Snowmobile trails, and 1 mile to DNR boat launch. There is plenty of room to bring your boat, leave it in the driveway, and multiple vehicles. 1 King, 2 Queen, and 1 Single bed. Fully furnished kitchen.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Garbage pick up is early Monday morning Please take garbage can to the end of the driveway before you leave.

Please place all towels(bath and kitchen) in the front shower when checking out.

Please make sure all windows and doors are locked. Please do t forget the back garage too

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please remember you must adhere to the quiet hours.- If violated you will be removed from the property and no refund will be given

No pets should be left in the home by themselves unless crated ( you must provide the crate). For any damage, you are responsible for repair costs.

Great stay!

We had a great stay!! The house is full of updates and so cute! The owner was beyond helpful and welcomed our dogs, she even supplied a bed, bowls and treats. We will definitely recommend this spot and stay again! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

great getaway

very clean, organized and cozy. This house is located in a nice neighborhood with close access to beaches and launches. The eateries are close and neighbors are friendly and helpful. We loved the stay !

Very accommodating for families. We brought our dog and they had a dog bed and treats for our dog. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. The place is very clean. Nice amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here

This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and everything that we may have needed was there. We liked that we didn't have to buy firewood as a significant amount of dry wood was stored and available. This was rented for a girls' weekend and we all felt the house was perfect for a bunch of old ladies.

Five stars isn’t enough! This VRBO exceeded every expectation we had. The home was spotless, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. What truly set this rental apart was how well stocked it was—everything we could possibly need was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of firewood for relaxing evenings. It’s clear the hosts put a great deal of thought into making guests feel welcome and at home. Without a doubt, this is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we would happily return again.

One of our favorite places so far !

Nice home , perfect place to spend time with family for the holidays . Would’ve been an awesome location for bringing the snowmobiles , but that simply wasn’t an option with not having any snow . We would definitely stay here again for our annual family vacation. They had almost everything you needed in the house to cook . .. 10/10 .

Very nice and clean house, good size for a family or small group. There is a game cabinet with lots of games to play, a nice patio with a grill and a fire pit in the back yard. The kitchen has everything you need except for your groceries.

We had a great stay, centrally located , can see the lake peeking through the trees, amenities were great and this house is absolutely fully stocked! Short walk to water. Plenty of room to park our boat in the driveway. Would stay again!
