Appartement bien situé avec une place de parking indispensable

Appartement vétuste qui aurait besoin de rénovation . Une remise au goût du jour s’impose,attention aux personnes qui ont de l’embonpoint pour prendre leur douche.

Depuis 2014 date de l’achat de cet appartement nous essayons de l’améliorer au mieux de nos possibilités. Les locataires sont en général très satisfaits car l’appartement est bien équipé et possède tous les éléments de confort que l’on peut attendre d’une location. Nous avons entre autre remplacé cette année le matelas et l’an dernier la chambre a été refaite. Concernant la douche, l’appartement fait 30 m2, possède une chambre assez grande et un WC séparė. En conséquence il est vite apparu impossible d’y installer une douche de plusieurs m2... Maintenant les photos de l’annonce sont réelles et si elles ne correspondent pas a l’appartement témoin dont vous rêviez, nous en sommes navrés.

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé dans Dibard, tout à pied. La place de parking est un vrai plus
