AMAZING LOCATION– 3 bedroom/2bath, direct ocean front, corner unit on the ground floor & "non-drive" beach location but just minutes away from fine dining and local cuisine!!! Enjoy the convenience of walking out your back patio straight to the heated pool and just steps to the beach. No need to walk up and down stairs to access the pool and beach. Great for families! Bright and airy corner unit with extra large windows on the side of living area offers great light and nice views of pool and lawn.

The kitchen offers Quartz countertops throughout including a large island to seat up to 7, top-of-the-line cabinets with plenty of storage and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything for a chef’s delight! The 2 full baths have custom-designed tiled showers (2nd bath includes tub & shower combination) and new vanities (master bath with double sink vanity).

We had the best time! The location is perfect, Candice was so very helpful and accommodating, and the condo was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed! We will absolutely stay here again.

I come to Schooner Point every year and have stayed in several of the units and this is definitely one of the nicest. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Ground floor corner unit with lovely wrap around porch. Look forward to staying here again as soon as possible. Cant get enough of NSB and this condo at Schooner is the best. Thank you!

Amazing property

What an amazing property! We have stayed at alot of different VRBO and this just may be our favorite! It was nicely laid out and just steps to the pool or beach. 10/10 would recommend this to everyone!

Great place for the family

This is a very nicely renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo on the ground floor. Very well equipped & comfortable. Has everything you might need. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach & plenty of room to spread out. We were a family of 4 adults. Would recommend & stay again.

Terrific stay in NSB!

This property was perfect for our family! All the amenities we needed: chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, etc. Perfect access to pool and beach. The renovations are lovely and the furnishings were very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful for check in and when we had questions during the week. Highly recommend this condo for your NSB vacation!

Great getaway, beautiful property!

Booking was easy and so was checking out. The condo was beautiful and spacious with a very short walk over the ramp to the beach. We visited during October and we basically had the pool and beach to ourselves! New Smyrna beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. We did not have any problems during our stay.

Beach Week Success!

The location of this condo unit was perfect for my family. We love being on the 'no drive' section of NSB and the unit itself was literally steps from the pool. The space inside the condo was also excellent for hosting my family and friends, and the decor was on point! We would definitely stay here again and again.

New Smyrna Beach Fun

We had a great stay at the beach condo. The condo is very nicely decorated and had everything you needed for you stay. We loved being on the ground floor with the pool outside of the front door. The beach is right out back as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking. Also, communication with Candice, the owner, was great. We really didn't need to communicate with her as everything was perfect!

Great updated ground floor unit!

My family and I are regular renters at New Smyrna and loved the convenience of this ground floor unit. The unit itself is beautifully renovated and fully stocked for everything you need, new appliances, washer dryer, Keurig, even beach chairs and toys! We loved our stay and highly recommend this unit on the non-driving end of the beach. Another bonus is that to the North of this unit is nothing but beachfront homes so the beach area doesn’t get crowded (it was spring break when we stayed and the beach was still pretty quiet!). Again, great unit and complex!

Fantastic location!

This property in New Smyrna Beach is wonderful as it is located in a quieter family friendly area on a non-drive beach. It’s also close to Izzy’s Tacos and Ice Cream which is a must visit location. The first floor location is a perfect spot next to the pool. I could still enjoy the sun on the patio and watch the older boys in the pool while the baby napped inside. The large walk in closet in the master was big enough for the pack n play. Property could use a good deep cleaning and some more paper products than 2 half rolls of toilet paper and a half roll of paper towel would have been convenient. Candice was very responsive and a great host! Overall would recommend this property!

Great Holiday experience

Booked this place to celebrate Christmas with the family. We could not have had better weather, just an awesome stay. The unit was clean and updated, great location on the corner, right next to the pool. Walk out the door and you have the charcoal grill, the pool, and the ocean. Working with Candice was easy, she responded promptly and made everything great, worked with us on late checkout, which we really appreciated! This is on the non driving part of the beach, further south from Flagler than we normally stay. It was nice, almost like having a private beach. Candice has a book full of restaurant options and things to do. Couldn’t ask for a better time, this was our 3rd time in New Smyrna Beach this last year, and each time it gets better. Thanks Candice

Nice condo in quiet location in New Smyrna Beach!

We enjoyed staying in Candace's condo during our Spring Break. The condo is located in a quiet part of New Smyrna Beach which the adults loved (teens would have preferred more action). The beach is nice and very walkable and we enjoyed being on the end of the beach where cars were not allowed. The condo was clean and neat and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including some beach chairs, toys, and more. The only negative for some was the condo is located on the first floor, so you do not have much of a beach view. Also, the condo is located right next to the pool which can be active at times and not much privacy if you are sitting on your patio. We knew this when booking, so it wasn't a surprise, but good to know when considering this condo. Overall, we had a great trip and time using this condo and would recommend it to others!

Ready to go back!

I’m so glad I found this property! It was perfect for our family of 5. We were literally a few steps from the pool gate (but still private feeling on the patio) and a walk around the pool and just behind it you can land yourself on the beautiful quite beach! My 9 yr old son enjoyed casting his fishing pole every day we were there. The area is beautiful & very clean. Flagler Avenue is challenging to park so my husband dropped me and our girls off and came back to get us. Personal Uber lol We never made it back to enjoy the night life on Flagler Ave because of parking and it’s too far and inconvenient to walk there. That was a bit of a bummer. It’s definitely a quiet beach and didn’t resemble a party life style if that’s what you’re looking for on vacation. We’re definitely looking forward to returning to NSB!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home!

To share a little about us (Candice & Bob), we had been searching for a beach home away from home for several months. We fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and chose Schooner Point because it offers a peaceful escape like no other on the "no-drive" part of the beach. We purchased this vacation property to make available for rent but also for our personal use. A great deal of thought has been put into every decision we made during this renovation as this is also our part-time home and we want our guests to love and enjoy it as much as we do. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you! And if you’re not a morning person, you might become one while you’re here as the gorgeous unobstructed views of the sunrise are unbeatable!

There are only a total of 40 units in Schooner Point which makes this place a rare gem! It is a perfect vacation spot for families, especially if you want to avoid the crowded locations. It's also a great place for retirees seeking long term rentals as our 3-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate your additional family/friends who may want to visit you during your stay. Schooner Point is a very well maintained tranquil complex with a large community pool that is heated year round with an adjacent kiddie pool.
