Vail International #301 is a contemporary 2BR/2BA condo that faces to the west. Comfort, cleanliness and location are some of the most frequent comments we receive from past guests about this Vail condo. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Do you crave coffee in the morning? There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided.There is a dining area as well as a living room with a gas fireplace and 56" flat panel TV. You can enjoy drinks in the afternoon on the small balcony off of the dining area.

One bedroom has a King bed and the other has two Queens and a west facing balcony. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. The bathroom showers are surrounded by glass tiles.

There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Each unit has its own router and password.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
