Kayak, paddle board, swim and motor boating at your own beach with beautiful views of the Ossipee Range,perennial garden with picnic area. Docking for up to a 28 foot boat. Large country home with stone fireplace that opens on to a screened porch that sits 8 for dinner. Well appointed kitchen with morning and screened back porch. Master bedroom includes a small private deck.
