In a pleasant and quiet, this beautiful Provencal house (second home) of 210 m2 will seduce you with its comfort and charm. It is in the middle of the countryside on a clear view of a valley and low mountains alps.
2 minutes from the center of the village of Montagnac you can find a bar, a restaurant, the post office and a small business well stocked (with bread).
It is located 10 minutes from Laugh, 27 km from the Verdon Gorges, 10 minutes from Lake St. Croix, 30 minutes from Manosque and 60 minutes from Marseille airport.
You will find markets around (including Laugh, twice a week).

Outside the house is:
- a large terrace with 2 olive trees with barbecue area and bar, garden furniture, garden table and chairs, pergola with light garland to enjoy your evenings, offering breathtaking views of the valley and the sunset.
- a very large garden entirely wooded, ideal for all, not to mention your animals
- a petanque court
- and the best to finish ....... the private pool of 12m x 6m, secured with a shutter, heated in summer and with breathtaking lighting!

Belle demeure au calme

Belle maison avec grand jardin, agréable et au calme. Éloignée de toutes commodités, voiture obligatoire. Le lac reste proche (15 min en voiture). Très grande piscine. Le terrain de pétanque mériterait quelques aménagements pour en profiter pleinement. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute.

Une semaine de bonheur

La maison est magnifique, bien équipée, avec le charme en plus qu'apportent les années. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées sur la terrasse ainsi que la piscine. Le site, à l'écart du village était parfait pour nous ressourcer. Elle correspondait en tout point à ce que nous cherchions.

EVG parfait dans les gorge du Verdon

Maison parfaite pour l'organisation de l'EVG d'un ami. Maison idéalement située sur le flanc d'un très beau vallon. Proche des gorges du Verdon et de leurs superbes activités. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine et de la terrasse. Merci a Béatrice qui est une hôte très compréhensive et très a l'écoute et a Domi pour son accueil très sympathique. Excellent Séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end entre amis au coeur d'une magnifique région. La villa est très bien aménagée, nous avons profité de la grande piscine ensoleillée, du terrain de pétanque, barbecue, le tout en pleine nature dans un calme absolu .. La maison ouvre sur une terrasse ombragée parfaite pour les repas d'été ! Merci pour tout !

Week-end au calme

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la bastide pour ce week-end en famille. L'extérieur est superbe et la bastide très bien entretenue. Nous avons pu profiter du terrain de pétanque malgré la météo mais pas trop de la piscine (bien sur pas la faute de la propriétaire qui d'ailleurs est très disponible et c'est appreciable) . Idéal pour balader près du lac de ste croix.

Séjour au top !

Super séjour dans cette propriété magnifique ! Que dire de la piscine, de sa terrasse et son barbecue. Le calme dans ce petit village avec tout à proximité. Avec la communication et la gentillesse de la propriétaire au rendez-vous, on ne peut qu'aimer.

Week-end magique!!!!!

Nous avons passé un week-end de rêve! la bastide est splendide et très propre. On a été très bien accueilli. Les extérieurs juste magique avec cette grande piscine chauffée et se décor arboré très apaisant, le calme complet pour se reposer allongé sur les transats au bord de la piscine. Juste un petit point négatif qui n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire, c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup d'abeilles autour de la piscine. A part ça tout était parfait!!!

Zeer mooie woning, voorzien van alle comfort, rustig gelegen

Wij hebben een zeer leuke vakantie doorgebracht in Montagnac-Monpezat in juli 2018. We huurden de woning met 8 personen (2 families, 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen). Wij werden op een zeer aangename manier ontvangen door Céline. De woning was zeer netjes en goed gepoetst. Over het algemeen zijn wij uiterst tevreden over ons verblijf. Het huis is zeer charmant, met smaak ingericht, de kamers zijn ruim en de keuken is goed uitgerust. De Amerikaanse ijskast met ijsmaker werd door jong en oud ten zeerste geapprecieerd ;) Huis beschikt ook over een mooi zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en een groot beschut terras met buitenkeuken. Van dit terras (met grote eettafel, zithoek en barbecue) hebben we echt genoten. De temperatuur is er van 's morgens tot 's avonds zeer aangenaam. De woning is zeer rustig gelegen in de buurt van een klein dorpje Montagnac. Hier valt buiten 2 cafés-snacks niet veel te beleven. Er is een buurtwinkeltje maar dat was tijdens ons verblijf gesloten. Voor onze dagelijkse boodschappen reden we naar het levendige stadje Riez (dikke 10 min rijden met de wagen). Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we leuke uitstappen gedaan naar de Lac Ste Croix (pedalo huren was zeer leuk, leuke restaurantjes ook in het stadje), hebben we gekajakt en hebben we geraft in de Gorges. Onze vakantie, het huis, de omgeving en de activiteiten waren top. Wij overwegen zeker om nog eens terug te keren.

Stunning house in a tranquil and beautiful location

We are a group of friends and had the best time at this villa! It is a lovely home with large open spaces and a great pool to swim in. It’s was very tranquil and the al fresco dinning area was great to share our meals. Also the lake is only a few minutes drive away which has a few good restaurants with stunning views. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back!
