This fantastic house is perfect for families, groups of friends, work retreats, you name it! Fully remodeled in 2018, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two master suites and a game room all on 5 acres. The two master bedrooms have king beds and their own bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a bunk bed with full and twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a roll away available, as well as two comfy couches. House easily sleeps 12. Kitchen is fully functional. Conveniently located to many attractions such as several wineries, a growing brewery, the Sonoita rodeo grounds, Parker Canyon Lake, Patagonia Lake, La Cienega Preserve, Gardner Canyon, and much more. This location is ideal for Wedding Parties, Arizona Wine vacations, Rodeo goers, Kentucky Derby Fans, the Santa Cruz County Fair, many different hunting seasons, or family weekends to the lake.

Perfect location and wide open spaces

This home was perfect for our little group with kids. There was plenty of space and was close to the wineries that the moms were anxiously here for. The host was helpful and responsive.

Fantastic Stay

We had a great stay! The home is nice, spacious and in a great location. The couch is comfortable and we enjoyed using the Keurig. The kids loved the foosball and shuffleboard tables, of course. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Getaway Home

We enjoyed staying in this house. It had all the conveniences of home. Along with a great game room. It was very clean and comfortable to boot! The view to the Santa Rita Mountains was stunning! I would definitely recommend this home to others. I only wish our stay would’ve been longer!

Great place!

I visited this house with a bunch of girl friends for a bachelorette party. This house was awesome!! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because there was no WiFi and the day were leaving the hot water was not working. Not a big deal with the water since we were leaving but it would have been nice to take a shower that morning. As for the WiFi that was a little disappointing. Several of us didn’t have any cell service since we were in the middle of nowhere. Many of us have small children so if anything happened our husbands would of had a harder time getting a hold of us. Still a great house!!

We rented this house for an annual friend trip. This house had everything we needed and then some. The owner communicated effectively, the property is well care for. We loved our stay.

Sonoita wedding

Nice place for a couple family’s to stay with young kids and teens. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. Lots of room for everyone. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Wine country gem

Our group consisted of two families each with one kiddo (6 people total) and it was an absolutely perfect set up for us, but could have easily accommodated a larger group! There was plenty of room to lounge around, space outside to sit and a huge table with a well equipped kitchen for our family style breakfasts. It was clean and you can see the pride of ownership in this property. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and the beds are firm and supportive. The bathrooms were very nicely updated with some really nice finishes. There was shampoo, conditioner and all of the necessities in each one. My husband and I stayed in the room on the north side of the house and it was a little chilly, but not to worry, the thoughtful owners had a space heater in the closet which worked perfectly for us! The home is in the perfect location and is close to the Copper Brothel brewery which made excellent meals and just a hop skip and a jump away from a million wineries. The views in the morning, evening and any time of day really, were simply stunning. No one wanted to go home when our time here was over and we are already making plans for another trip. The communication from the owner was fast and informative. I highly recommend!

Great place, great location and great views.

We loved the house for our little wine tour. It was very well equipped with cooking utensils, coffee filters, paper products, propane for the grill etc. The location couldn’t be better. We visited the best local wineries and Bisbee, Tombstone and Sierra Vista. The Copper Brothel is a great place for dinner right down the road. Take in the sunrise from the back patio and sunset from the front. We sat on the patio in the evenings and watched javelina, antelope and all sorts of cool birds. There were 5 adults in our group and the house still felt larger than we needed. We will be back!

Location, location, location!

This is our second stay at this property and you just cannot beat the location. It is minutes from the restaurants one way, and minutes to the wineries the other way. Not to mention there is a ton of space (we had four adults and four kids and were more than comfortable!) and the house has everything you need. We frequent Sonoita and this will definitely not be our last stay at this house. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to return!

Perfect home base to explore southern AZ!

This is our second time staying here, and we were just as pleased with the house, location, amenities, and owner communication as the first time. The game room rocks, and the living room doubles as a cinema room. We had a blast!

Spacious Inside and Out

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. If you want to be close to city amenities this is not the ideal location. For us it was perfect, plenty of space inside for the whole family, room to roam outside and explore. The surrounding are is beautiful. If it hadn't been serving as a temporary landing place while I'm starting a new job, we'd have been a lot more time in the outdoors exploring in the region. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested is a place with elbow room.

Comfortable home for our group!

Lots of space for our group of artists. A comfortable home to spend evenings together over meals, games, and movie watching! By day, much of southern AZ is a short drive away.

Great place to stay near wineries

We were four couples attending the Sonoita blessing of the vines event as part of a motorcycle road trip and stayed there for the weekend. We found it close to wineries, restaurants and the right size for us. The kitchen was fully stocked including two types of coffee makers, the house was clean and comfortable and the owners accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable stay with 4 families

Peace and quite that were needed for busy families. It was very comfortable to stay here. It has everything to live and a lot of space inside as well as outside. It is fairly easy to access from Phoenix. I loved it!
