The living area is all on one level with easy no-stairs access. The interior features ten foot ceilings, porcelain floors, televisions in every room, electric love seat and recliner, all in a Tuscany styled decor. You will enjoy the quiet privacy of this unique property while visiting wineries, ghost towns, national forests, national park and the cool climate in this special part of Arizona. The property sits at nearly 5000 feet in elevation.
