Seaquestered in Paradise Vacation House with Pool - Only Steps to the Beach

Our home is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in tropical paradise. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you're only a few short steps away from quiet beachfront access - or lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool that is within a two- story screened enclosure. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened lanai and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a deck with sliding glass doors to enjoy wonderful gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed), both sharing a main bath off the hallway. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings, and two large, windowed walls open to a huge screened lanai with a view of the gulf.

Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only a short walk 2 blocks away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the island. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy hours of beachcombing for unique shells and sand dollars. Take an early morning walk on the beach to witness the antics of the pelicans and dolphins.

There is cable TV and a VCR in each bedroom, and a big-screen TV with DVD and VCR to entertain you in the living room- but don't miss out on the magnificent sunsets and nightlife that the beach has to offer!

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable. Thank you for not smoking in our home and for not bringing your pets with you.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, easy beach access and incredible views from the screened front porch that we enjoyed every morning. The one tip I want to give to others is do NOT skip utilizing the pool area! When the beach gets hot the pool was the perfect place to cool off and enjoy a little downtime. Alison clearly put thought into every detail and were responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.This was exactly the getaway we needed, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The property was very comfortable which made our stay pleasant. The beach house had a pool which was a game changer for our grandchildren, along with the beach being 3 minutes from walking distance. The house was minutes from Publix and down town area restaurants and store's. The host was very nice and accesible to our needs. We loved the house so much that will probably rent again. Kudos to the host for having a nice and safe house.

One of our best vacation stays yet! The heated pool was a godsend as the weather wasn't "typical Florida" during our stay. The patio is bliss, we spent most nights out there after a day of activity. Walking distance to Publix and a great beach right across the street. Can't beat the sunset views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaquestered in Paradise. The location was amazing. Everything was very clean when we arrived. There were plenty of dishes and an assortment of cookware available to us. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats, and beach wagon that were also available for our use. The pool was very refreshing. The beach is just down the road, and the view of the Gulf from the lanai was lovely. I would say the only cautions I would give potential renters is don't rent here if you prefer the indoor temperature below 75 degrees, and if you aren't willing to wash your own towels. The use of all the towels was totally worth it to us to wash them before we left, but if that's a sticking point for you, then don't rent here. You'll miss out on a comfortable, inviting home on a quiet street only steps from the beach.We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!!! The house is located mid-island, far enough from busy Time Square/Margaritaville area, close enough if you want to visit time square via vehicle or golf cart. The house is located directly across from a beach access entrance, 3 minute walk. Every day I went to the beach, there was at least 10 yards in between you and the next person, this area has a lot of larger houses, and the Beach is less populated, it was enjoyable and not crowded!!The house was magnificent; pictures do not do it justice. There are 4 lanais, one in each of the three bedrooms and the main screened in lanai off the living area in the front of the house.The house comes equipped with plenty of Beach and pool accessories. My teen age daughter spent most of her time lounging in the pool.There is a Marina 2 minutes, two streets down, where we chartered a Dolphin tour, best tour guides. Allison, the owner, was easy to communicate with and VERY helpful.We loved everything about this property, would highly recommend to those traveling with Children, family or just a couple.Fort Myers never disappoints!

Home is on a quiet street. The front lanai is where we spent a lot of our time. You can see the ocean from there. The pool is heated and clean. Two blocks to Publix. Alison is prompt with answering questions. Very nice. We would stay here again.

Location was great! The first night we all froze, not sure what was going with AC unit. After the first night, temp in house was fine. Dryer didnt work but once I told her about she has someone there to fix it that day. Like I said location was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the house and at the beach.

Home, sweet home. We were on the move with lots of things to do. It was so wecoming to come home to this wonderful place. My grandsons used the pool twice during our stay and loved it. My daughter and I loved the kitchen. Boys are always hungry! I love the decor. It was relaxing and so comfortable. My bed was very comfy. Likely, my grandson felt the same. They were out the minute they hit the pillows. With televisions in every room, they felt truly on vacation. We never have televisions in bedrooms! They loved it.It was so easy to get to Sanible/Captiva and other places on our list. I would certaily recommend this to any family!

Incredibly relaxing stay!

Excellent location! My spouse and 3 seven yr old boys stayed for a week and had the best time relaxing, swimming, and laying on the beach! The house was clean and VERY well stocked with everything we needed! The pool was clean, and the enclosed area kept (most of) the mosquitos out. Also plenty of floats and seating in the sun and shade for all of us. The beach was a super short walk to the corner then across the street, and there were two beach wagons in the garage and plenty of chairs/umbrella/and sand toys for the kids. The beach was also never even remotely crowded, lots of space for the kids to play with all the shells they picked up and to look for and learn about little crabs and sand dollars and such. Even the sand was the perfect castle building consistency! There host was remarkable responsive and far more than accommodating for us!! 10/10 stay!!

An Island Jewel

The online description and photos did not give this beautiful home justice. The decor was spot on for a beach home, and was very well appointed. The pool was phenomenal! We also enjoyed the peekaboo beach view and the short walk to the beach. Sunsets did not disappoint! The property owner was very prompt in responding to any questions or problems we had.We would have no problem renting this house again!

Pictures don’t do justice to this wonderful property - significant upgrades since photos were taken! Location was perfect for us, sunrise and sunset views from porch were spectacular. Quick walk to beach, great pool. Easy walk to Publix and Junkanoo. Be aware that post-hurricane repairs and new construction are ongoing throughout the island. Owner super responsive, neighbors friendly. We have reserved for another stay!

Perfect for our needs

We loved staying at Alison and AJ’s place. It was a close walk to the beach as advertised and in a quiet location close to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. It was a little removed from the hub of restaurants and shopping but we didn’t mind that at all. We wanted to have a comfortable place to relax and go to the beach and this place was perfect for that. The house is well equipped, excellent beach access, and we enjoyed the pool every day! It was the nicest, warmest pool we’ve ever used which was amazing for my 80-year-old dad, 2-year-old, and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it as well! We are so grateful for this place. Our son has already declared he wants to come back. We also appreciated how child-friendly this place was.

Wonderful place to stay

Alison has a beautiful house very well equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. It was nice to have extra towels and wagon with beach things available to use. The beach was a short walk and easily accessible! The backyard pool was a nice cool off after a day at the beach. Publix was two blocks away for your grocery needs. Alison communicated well and was very friendly to work with. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back!
