We really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and cozy. The driveway is a little steep but once you drive up once, you understand how to park on it! The steam out front was very nice and walking to the waterfall was so fun! I would say this property is very family friendly. Well stocked kitchen and body was very responsive.

The cabin was exactly as it was described in the listing. The pictures were exactly how the entire place and property looked. My favorite part of the rental was opening the front door and hearing the stream. So so peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cabin is perfectly appointed and clean. Despite the cold weather, we took several walks to the creek and the waterfalls. They are just icing on the cake. Kristy is very responsive and a pure pleasure to talk to. We hope to return in the future.

This rental was perfect! I am blown away by all the "extras" that Kristy provides in this rental. From milk to wine to Qtips, she has everything you need to make your stay perfect! I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one is definitely one of my favorites! Yes, it is in a remote area of Maryville but if you're looking for peace and tranquility, then you definitely want to stay here! The waterfall on the property is just so cool!! Kristy accommodated us just perfectly!

Ive stayed at about 25 different VRBO or Aire B&B properties over the last few years. This one was near, if not at, the top! The host clearly takes initiative and goes above and beyond to make the little things about the stay nice. things like a few little items to eat, a bottle of wine. cushions on the outdoor seats. some supplied firewood, plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from picnic tables to sit on near the stream, lights on when you arrive at night. etc. The property is very nice and peaceful. The house is in great shape. I would like to come back during another season. The only thing I was not able to do and woudl have liked it is turn off the dusk to dawn lights. Though I did not ask the seller if there was a switch. so maybe there was and I just didn't know.

I haven't personally used vrbo ever, until this particular stay and I am just astounded by it. So easy and the location was so mesmerizing. I will definitely stay at this location again! It was so relaxing and so fun! The waterfall was an overall favorite. My children absolutely loved it and we played in the water so much!

Comfortable cabin

We had a great time at this house. Is was just enough room for all 6 of us. We loved the falls and stream as well as the bear sightings right in front of the house. We were safe inside.

I am a married, working mom of 4 wonderful children. We lead very busy lives, but love to go to the waterfall house for a weekend get away. The kids love to play in the creeks and catch minnows and crawfish and we like to grill out by the fire-pit and relax.

The location and land are awesome! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound of rushing water is peaceful and relaxing. It is the perfect place to be around nature and recharge. This home is a brand new build.
