This was the perfect house for our end of summer family getaway! So close to the beach access with beautiful views from the porch. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions or concerns!

My party of 5 best friends have traveled so many times together within our 60’s together. The layout was perfect for our stay. What a gem! Loved having an elevator to handle loading and unloading during our stay. The view of the ocean was incredible. Host was very accommodating.

Howard was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The kitchen was nicely furnished with pots and pans and dishes for the few nights that we cooked. The proximity to the beach access was a big draw for us. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also a plus for this rental. Howard accommodated us by allowing a Tuesday to Tuesday rental so we could experience a weekend at OIB.

We love this house! This was our fifth year staying here and it's always perfect. The house was clean, the pool was sparkling, and the elevator (a must for us as we get older) worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well appointed if you, like us, cook during your stay.The location can't be beat, with just a short walk to Beach Access. And, there is no better place than the top deck to enjoy a glass of wine with friends, feel the breeze, and watch the ocean.

Howard was easy to communicate with, answered all my questions. The house was amazing! Clean, lovely with great views of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. My family had such a wonderful week - none of us wanted to leave!

Communication was great with the owner. House was very nice, well stocked. Location was great. No complaints with the house or owner but if you kids/teenagers, this will not be a good fit. The neighbor does not like any noise.

Host was very accommodating, and quick to respond to questions.Beach view was better than i expected, quick access to the beach too.Layout of house was perfect for 8 people, Kitchen/dining/familyroom was great for gathering including the very large connecting deck to the the Great Room.New Rocking Chairs on both Decks were great!the Elevator was a huge benefit, as 4 of us are senior citizens and have problems with steps. I truly recommend this place for a vacation, not to mention the many golf courses in the area.

We enjoyed our time here. Loved how close the house is to the beach. We especially loved the view from top deck. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Large table was nice. The elevator is especially nice. ConsWhen we arrived the bed covers and pillows were dirty along with a lot.of other things that needed to be cleaned. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. We reached out and they sent someone to clean returns that night and the next day they sent someone to clean the things that we had told them about except the things we had already cleaned. So we spent the first day cleaning and washing so we could sleep there. That was disappointing. The neighbors do not like loud kids or noise. Once we got past that we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Eight adults enjoyed our stay at WishingWhale in late March. Very convenient to the ocean and the home was very clean. Howard worked well with us on any problems we encountered.

I really enjoyed this property and location...excellent view from the third floor...great space...nice and clean and the contact between me and the owners was great as well..minor issues but nothing big I would book this excellent home again.

Very nice, spacious house. Outdoor heated pool was amazing. Very spacious kitchen; tons of deck space on the 2nd & third floor. Owner very prompt to respond to questions. Highly recommend
