Built on a hill of a residential neighborhood, it enjoys lovely views and a garden not overlooked. On the ground floor you will enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a spacious and bright living room, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs 4 large bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
