About this property

Adorable 1 story modern beach cottage with huge screened in porch. 1 block directly to beach walkover to the beautiful Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. Soft white sand and clean clear water. 2 bedroom, 1 bath fully stocked kitchen, outdoor barbeque and shower full bath and great internet. Beach chairs, towels, toys and coolers provided. High quality linens and finishes. This is my home, that I rent out while I’m not there, not just a rental. I love it and so will you. Quiet, residential neighborhood for a laid back, relaxing vacation.

Loved this place!

This little house was even better than advertised truly! It was beautiful, clean, in a very quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach. We will absolutely be back!

The Mermaid Cottage was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Cottage! The hostess saw that we would have anything we could possibly need for our stay. The cottage was updated, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely go again!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage home just a few minutes walk to the beach! However, I do wish there was a washer/dryer that we could have used. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we will definitely book again🙂

Kid friendly paradise!

It's STEPS from the beach! Super perfect for small families! We will most definitely return. Not to mention...their is a MASSAGE CHAIR in the living room. 🥰 Thanks for a great time!
