Bon séjour !

Logement très bien situé et bien équipé. Très bien pour une famille avec des enfants (ici 5 ans et 1 an). Transports en commun à proximité avec passage très régulier ce qui nous a permi de mettre la voiture au repos 😉

Un accueil et une communication très très agréables par les personnes en charge de relayer le propriétaire. Mais un logement vétuste qui a besoin de travaux (baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas entre autres...) et dont l'entretien et le menage sont trop superficiels. Déçus, je ne reviendrai pas

Appartement très propre, très agréable. Tres calme. L'idéal pour passer des petites vacances. Juste a côté du port avec ses navettes de mer très sympa pour aller aux sentre ville. Nous avons passé une petite semaine très bien. Merci .

Tres bien situé. A proximité du port ou nous avions pris le bus de mer pour 2€ par pers pour aller au centre de la rochelle. Super et nous sommes revenus en velo yelo. Studio avec tout le confort

Localisation idéale près du port des minimes et de la mer Accueil parfait Apt nécessitant des améliorations: Literie de la chambre bas de gamme, Cloture végétale dégradée, et pas de rideaux sur la baie vitrée permettant d'avoir une intimité dans la journée. Pas de barre de douche dans la baignoire

Visites positives des îles de Ré,Oléron,Aix.Marais Poitevin, fort boyard,Rochefort,Fouras,Chatelaill

Bel appartement mis a part quelques imperfections : Doubles rideaux ne couvrant pas la totalité de la baie vitrée. Aucun moyen de rafraîchir les pièces (ventilateur ou clim.) Le revêtement peinture de la table de prise des repas n'est pas réglementaire (hygiène alimentaire non respectée). Manque fer à repasser. Côté extérieur, parasol trop petit et instable dès que le vent se lève. Mais aussi pour couper la vue plongeante des voisins du dessus. Un store ban réglerait les problèmes évoqués. La petite terrasse en auto bloquant mériterait un agrandissement, ne serait ce que pour stabiliser la table et les chaises. Manque aussi au minimum deux bains de soleil. La cloison separative côté droit devrait être allongée d'un mètre environ, compte tenu que la haie naturelle est fortement dégradée a ce niveau. Merci pour votre compréhension. Didier FAUCHERRE

Une semaine en septembre

Appartement agréable dans un environnement calme, bien aménagé et entretenu. Son plus le jardin exposé plein sud pour prendre les repas au soleil. Situation parfaite pour profiter du bord de mer , du port des minimes et accès très rapide au centre ville sans prendre sa voiture. A découvrir.
