About this property

Lou Penequet, a charming Mas in Provence with shared pool, countryside

To enter LOU PENEQUET, you'll cross the south-facing stone courtyard, in the middle of which stands a Japanese persimmon tree that provides pleasant shade in summer and produces orange persimmons in late autumn.

The courtyard and terrace are ideal for relaxing, enjoying a meal or letting young children play in complete safety.

As you enter the main room, you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen behind the bar, the sitting area with its wood-burning stove, and the dining area on the right.

The staircase leads upstairs to the first bedroom with a double bed, then to the second bedroom with two single beds downstairs, which can be combined to form a large 160 cm double bed, and a third single bed on the mezzanine.

A bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet complete the space.

With its south-facing aspect, Lou Penequet is ideal for the off-season, making it the perfect place to spend a wonderful vacation in Provence.

The Domaine de la Haute Maure, in the heart of Provence Verte, between the Mediterranean and the Verdon lakes, is a beautiful 6-hectare property with 8 mas and a large swimming pool (15*5 ml) to share.

A park of hundred-year-old holm oaks, pines, Mediterranean vegetation and meadows provides an enchanting setting for you to recharge your batteries and enjoy the gentle Provencal way of life.

Bonjour, l'accueil qui nous a été réservé était simple mais parfait. la maison était très propre et très agréable. l nous n'avons pas eu de mal a trouver les lieu au milieu des vignes. seul petit bémol concerne la proximité avec les maison voisine qui nous a généré deux réveil le matin tôt a 06h00, car les voisins qui déjeunent sur le terrasse ont fait beaucoup de bruit. Mais cela est une question d'éducation. le piscine est très belle mais l'eau était un peu froide (23°) pour nous, nous n'en avons profiter qu'une fois. attention !!! de nombreuses guêpes sont présentes au abord de la douche. un espace de jeux en plein air et un boulodrome sont a disposition très belle idée. en resumer tres belle maison a recommander. merci a nos hotes !!

excellent accueil +++ et très belle piscine +++ !! joli logement individuel extérieur conforme au site, un peu plus rudimentaire à l'intérieur mais calme absolu :) +++ idéal pour les enfants : terrain de jeux en plus de la piscine et beaucoup d'espace extérieur --- pas de wifi et plancha sur réservation 1 soir par semaine uniquement très bon séjour !

When you're looking for 'grand luxe *5 stars' don't chose Lou Pénéquet. When you're searching, after a very busy working year, for quietness, pure nature with 100% pure oxygene, buzzing insects and singing birds, this is really the place to be. We received an extreme friendly "feel-home" welcome... everything was present in the gite. swimming pool rate : 10/10 ! WiFi however (besides the hotspot point near the house of the owner) not present in the gite, and also pay attention that 4G is not always 100% receivable. Many thanks Doug and Sylvie for the fine holidays !
