This recently renovated property is located within a short walk to Poipu Beach State Park which is one of the premier locations for swimming, snorkeling, and all water activities. The park also has great open green spaces and covered pavilions for those family outings.

Enjoy distant ocean views from the living room outdoor lanai and some bedroom views as well. The modern furnishings throughout with central AC bring all the comforts of home to this lovely townhome

Rent either the two bedroom or three bedroom townhome separately or rent the entire estate with 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests.

The place is roomy, clean, upgraded, and well stocked. We weren’t expecting a garage to use so that was an added bonus. We also took advantage of the cooler and beach chairs available for us. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach. It was perfect for 6 adults.

Great location

We have now stayed in both of these units and this one was very spacious and comfortable. The views of the sunsets from upstairs were beautiful and being an easy walk to the beach is a big bonus. It was perfect for our size group, 2 couples with a two year old.

Amazing stay

The property was exactly as advertised. So much space for our family of 4 adults and great communication with Parrish on getting in/getting out. You can’t beat the Location right on Poipu. We saw the sunset every day. Would stay again!

The Perfect location!

This property is beautiful! And it is in such a great location with excellent views throughout the house, especially each bedroom. Easy and quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was great place to enjoy our vacation. Walking distance to the beach, and all the amenities you could ask for. We especially appreciated the small details; dishes, cookware, spices, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner & lotion on hand and fully stocked. Post pandemic vacation

Beautiful, spacious property and great management. Our first big vacation in a few years and couldn’t have been better. Location near Poipu Beach and good/shopping was ideal and trips to Lihue for groceries and Kapaa/Coconut Coast for local meals and bike riding were short distances by car. Great Spot!

We had an excellent week in Kauai. The condo is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, but if you don’t want to cook, Brenneke’s is a short walk. Additionally, Poipu Beach is a short walk. The condo also has wonderful outdoor space with lots of options for sitting and enjoying the beauty of Kauai.

Beautiful accommodations near the water!

This property was spacious and bright, as well as beautifully appointed. This was a perfect location for us to stay for our conference. The sunsets at the end of Pe’e Road were stunning. We can’t say enough about the timely communication from management pertaining to any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Very nicely furnished and appointed property with more than enough room for our party of 6. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen - appliances, number and variety of cooking utensils and tools, etc. The one downside was the leaking washing machine, which prevented us from doing our laundry.

Perfect Getaway by Poipu Beach

We had an amazing stay at this spacious condo within walking distance to Poipu Beach. The cleanliness and well-equipped amenities made our vacation stress-free. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the beach added to the overall charm. There are beautiful ocean and sunset views from the top floor. The host was very responsive and accommodating. A Wonderful Property

The property looked nice from the outside and the location was good. But when we stepped inside we were blown away by how nice it really was. The pictures tell some of it but it truly is a very nice home. Our party needed three bedrooms and this is one I would rent time and again if needed. We loved our home away from home.

Great Space...

Check-in was a little confusing. Units should be marked clearly A or B on the door. Convenient location, close to the beach. Sheets and bed were great! Air conditioning was outstanding. Kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This home could not have been more perfect for our stay in Kauai. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean on our arrival. There were two gathering spaces inside and a porch and balcony to sit (or eat) while enjoying the gorgeous views. The kitchen had everything for the nights we stayed in. (Loved walking to the nearby Brennecke Beach restaurant, too.) Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided (in the garage) which made our beach visits easy. Several of my family members commented they could 'live here forever'!

This was a perfect house for us on Kauai. 3 bedrooms upstair - each having an amazing small but beautiful beach view! And the downstairs Kitchen and living room areas are incredible. Including the balcony! The kitchen has everything we needed. Also, having an actual garage to put our rental in was so convenient.The management was above and beyond helpful with immediate responses every time we contacted them. We could not have asked more!!There are so many restaurants and shops within 5 min drive (Old town Koloa)The location to the beach was a very short walk and we enjoyed watching the Hawaiian Green Turtles each evening and morning. Sunsets were beautiful. And a 1 mile walking distance to Shipwreck's Beach for the sunrises were amazing too!!We would have given more than 5 stars of it was possible.We highly recommend this home!!Mahalo.

Great house near the beach

We loved staying here, we could walk to the beach and enjoy nightly sunsets. It was big, plenty of bathrooms and space for kids. the kitchen has all needed utensils. AC worked great though you only need it first few days. Only suggestion would be to ditch the swifter, those never work, the floors need a solid mop. Everything else was pretty clean and cared for. Would stay again.

Beautiful place

the Townhouse was beautiful inside - with some technology issues. Power went out for 10 hours overnight and our christmas dinner was in danger in the fridge; internet spotty during entire stay, and completely out some nights; No modem in the place to reboot... TVs upstairs dont work

However, this was due to a major blackout island-wide after the large storm on Christmas Eve. The power was off completely or intermittent for several hours that night for everyone on island. After these outages many cable boxes, modems as well as other electronics and appliances were no longer functioning correctly. Please know our team worked hard to repair and/or replace equipment as fast as possible for those that we knew were out. Had we known that your TV's and internet were not working we would have come over to repair it or replace what was needed. In the future, please let us know during your stay via phone, email, text or our APP so we may address it. We hope that despite the storm and resulting power issues that you still had a Merry Christmas and a wonderful family vacation on Kauai. We hope to host you again soon. Aloha and a hui hou.

Spectacular!!

The property management company was extremely easy to communicate with and did a great job throughout the booking process and during our stay! The house was beautiful. Ocean views from almost every room. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, everything you need to cook and eat at home, which is what we did most of the time. Both Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach within walking distance. Stocked with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and various other beach items. Would love to stay at this home again.
