Cozy cottage totally furnished with everything from washer/dryer, full kitchen, linens, appliances & gadgets. 2 bedrooms, the large Master bedroom has a Queen bed and plenty of natural light and storage.The second bedroom is small with a full bed. Large family room and eat in kitchen . Wrap around porch, Parking for 3 vehicles. Easy location , 1 mi to xway, restaurants, shopping, parks and entertainment . Everyone loves this property.Furnished Comfort has other fully furnished properties in the same area, Making it easy to carpool, meetings etc. Let us know if additional lodging is needed, or lease needs to be extended.

Great place for a long stay

We were very happy to have found this charming stand-alone house for the duration of our move to Louisville. Great east end location. 2 bedrooms gave us room to spread out. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Only negatives were the tv remotes only changed the channels, didn't turn tv on/off/volume. Sound quality was poor. Garbage disposal didn't work and the left side of kitchen sink drained very slowly. Minor issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental. Owner was responsive and professional.
