Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room Do not strip beds.
Call Charlie 15 minutes before you are ready to leave.
Put back all the items that were moved ( remotes, games, etc)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is 10 PM-7 AM. No outdoor loud noise after 10 PM that will interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! NO Prom/Graduation, Bachelor/Bachelorette, Wedding Parties. NO Fireworks. NO Tents. NO RVs Off street parking only!
Signed rental contract and copy of the driver's license required to book. Person that rents this house needs to be present during the stay.
