Lu-Zan Suites – Suite A is a one bedroom suite located in the historic commercial district of New Iberia on the only brick street in town. Walking distance to downtown and Bouligny Plaza, home of the Annual World Championship Gumbo Cook-off and Sugarcane Festival. It is also walking distance to the farmers market, food truck festival, nearby restaurants, shopping and night clubs. Shadows on the Teche is also walking distance (six blocks through historic downtown).

Great location

Quiet area. Very nice place with breakfast food provided. Good eating in easy walking distance. Roc star just around the corner has great shrimp. I would definitely stay here again.

Great and convenient!

We stayed here one night so we could go to the Sugar Cane Festival on our way home from Texas to Tennessee. This apartment was great. Really comfy and roomy for my husband, me and our dogs. Great location to walk to festival. Will stay here again if we're in the area!

The owner was wonderful when we had flight issues and couldn't get there until a day late, she was incredibly accomodating! The place was beautiful! It was very clean (never going to stay at hotels again!) and had all the necessary items for the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!

A perfect getaway

Perfect accommodations for short getaway

We traveled with our dogs and the area is very walkable. The backyard is not fence in but that was not an issue for us. Linda was wonderful! We hope to be back in the near future to visit family again.

Our 5 night stay at Lu-Zan suites was delightful! Charming, clean and spacious. We were very comfortable. Our two small dogs enjoyed the shaded back yard. And the tin roof over the back porch was lovely during the afternoon rain. The location was convenient to all points of interest in New Iberia, a very friendly town.

Great property! Owners were responsive to all questions. The property is exactly like the listing mentions. No surprises. The only thing I would recommend is adding a tv in the bedroom. Great place for pets too!

Unit and host were excellent!

It was quite, clean, and was fully stocked with cooking items, utensils, condiments, snacks, etc. Linens were new. Parking was next to unit. Linda was quick to fix couple of small things. We would stay here again. Betty/Bull Annapolis MD.
