I am a professional musician and college professor. I grew up in New Orleans, LA, and moved to San Diego, CA in 1987 where I live with my husband Brian and our two cats.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. We looked at many properties before choosing this one. It is close to everything, Just north of downtown Palm Springs. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Beautiful views from every direction. Gated community with four heated pools and spas. Quiet, friendly, safe. Beautiful lush grounds in a park-like setting. desert oasis.
What makes this property unique
We looked around at numerous properties before settling upon this jewel. The condo is spacious and airy with beautiful mountain views, The pool is near the end of our building but far away enough to prevent and noise form the pool, The landscaping is amazing with tall trees (300+) and lush grounds, The Riviera Hotel is just around the corner featuring outstanding restaurants and bars within walking distance. Washer and dryer inside unit, completely renovated kitchen and bath with new appliances. gated private patio. Heavily insulated and quiet with super-sized AC and heat. True resort living.
