This fully furnished upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo is just steps away from the pool, spa and parking. The condo has a queen bed, a convertible sofa bed and 2 televisions for those times you want to relax indoors. Enjoy all the comforts of home with everything needed to make your stay more enjoyable.

Common amenities include 6 pools, 8 spas, 3 tennis courts (all surrounded by wind screening and outlined for pickleball), putting green, washer/dryer and multiple BBQ’s surrounded by beautiful landscaping and mountain views. The Villas 2 condo unit we stayed in is totally and tastefully remodeled w / attention to detail. It has a very nice kitchen with all the amenities and very nice bathroom w / walk in shower. The bedroom has a comfortable bed w/ large dresser and night stands for additional storage.

Ron was great. Easy to reach and very accommodating.

The unit was clean, super updated and literally had everything you would every need to make the stay comfortable and easy. Great water pressure and shower. Property itself is lovely. Quiet, safe, and friendly. I stayed for 3 months and I do not have one negative thing to say.

Palm Villas 2 Stay

We rented this condo Jan 1 - April 1. The condo was totaled and tastefully remodeled, very clean with all the amenities, comfortable bed, recliner and L- shaped couch that also pulled out for Queen size sleeper. Close to pool and parking lot. Ron is a gracious host and helped us when needed. This was our 3rd year renting and this was by far the best place yet! Meet new friends and visited with previous friends made other years. We have already booked for next year at the same time. Great Stay! 😎

Great Place to Stay

Perfect place to stay for a healthcare traveler. Nice quiet neighborhood with privacy, clean and well appointed condo. I had everything I needed while staying there. About a 10 min drive to the hospital. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ron was very prompt in answering back if I had any questions. Sincerely enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here for an entire month to enjoy the desert and take some time away. The condo is beautifully decorated and we felt so welcome. Ron was incredible and very easy to communicate with - he checked in to make sure things were going well and made the experience to check in and out so easy. We hope to stay there again next time we are in town. Thank you, Ron!

Great Palm Springs Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Ron’s home. We were here for two months and were so comfortable! This home is furnished so well... love the recliner! Colors are calming, the quality of furnishings is excellent, the bed is super comfortable (slept great); there is lots of storage in all rooms and the kitchen is fitted with everything a cook needs.... we truly felt at home as we would in our own home. Ron was a wonderful host. Arrival/checkin was a breeze. Ron was so prompt to answer the few questions we had and was kind to check in on us to be sure all was fine throughout our stay. We recommend this home ..... love the location and love the home. Thank you, Ron!
